James Rivas gave excellent customer service. He was not rushing me, took his time and searched till he found me the handicapped portable potty I was looking for. At a reasonable price. Thank you soon much for your help. Del Williams the delivery person was also very helpful when making the delivery and pickup.

We called last minute for porta potty rentals. Our request was professionally and promptly processed. Luis was very helpful and efficent. Delivery service was also very efficent and worked with me on placement and explaining the drop off and pickup process with me.

Don't even want to give a single star but that's the only option. STAY AWAY from this company. Not only were they higher initially ($425), but also charged me an additional $254 four months later for an overweight charge for a 10yd dumpster that wasn't even completely full. Claiming it weighed 4.75 TONS. When mentioning the it also poured rain for 4 days after they picked it up, "we don't care if there's water in it, we just go by the weight". Do yourself a favor, and pick another company other than this one with scam tactics and policies.

I especially want to recognize Luis Cano and Geverth Cayasso. Both of them went above and beyond to help me during an extremely difficult and emotional time for my family. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, professional, and understanding. They made the entire process easy and stress-free and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly.
