Standing up a precious metals IRA last fall with a Preserve Gold competitor, I experienced a lack of professional transparency in critical transaction details on the sales receipt, extreme delay (over 16 weeks) in over 50% of the metals finally reflecting in the Depository, and the feeling I was talking into a black hole, whenever I tried to get some insight and update on the delays. BG I lost trust and confidence. I decided to close my account and execute a transfer. I called Preserve GoId where I immediately became acquainted with Caleb Brown and his assistant Carson. From the very first conversation, I was treated by them with respect and courtesy, offered advice on my situation, and welcomed to join Preserve Gold, which I did. I recently executed another transfer/purchase into my IRA, now at Preserve Gold, and it was characterized by transparency, efficiency and professionalism by all company staff involved. Caleb’s expertise and accessibility to answer questions with in depth analysis and patience was a breath of fresh air, that gave me confidence and important insights. Was great working with Shelly and Aaron on my IRA transfer into precious metals. The company that had my funds dragged their feet and did all they could to slow down the process. Once the funds were transferred ya'll made it smooth and easy.

Preserve Gold did not pressure me to purchase anything. That is my number one issue with other companies. Oliver Moseby is the employee that I first came in contact with. He was very professional & courteous. He made me feel important & at home right away, it didn’t seem to matter if I was purchasing that day or not. He offered & emailed educational material that he said would be helpful to a new buyer or an experienced one. I have been purchasing silver bars & coins for over 40 years & recently started purchasing gold bars. Mr Moseby educated me on the various gold metal content. I had no idea there are so many levels. The educational material will be very helpful in the future. I have placed two gold bar orders with Mr Moseby at Preserve Gold since my first call in early May, 2026. I highly recommend Preserve Gold to beginners, businesses or individuals that have been purchasing for years.

Decided to move my retirement funds to metals
When I decided to move my retirement funds to precious metals, I researched several companies before choosing Preserve Gold. Our rep, Caleb Brown, was awesome and made the process easy. Caleb was very informative, knowledgeable, and patient with no pressure tactics. He answered when I to call him with questions. Caleb explained the different classes of metals to insure I understood the benefit and value of each. He communicated with me to keep me updated on the status of my order. Next, I plan to purchase some physical coins and know that Caleb will ensure that process goes smoothly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Preserve Gold to anyone who wishes to invest in precious metals.

Don’t settle for less than the best!
People probably don’t realize that metal dealers are not all the same. Unfortunately, you can experience dealers that interpret the word “service” different than other dealers, you, and I. And you would probably would expect that your business would be appreciated by every metal dealer, but not all dealers practice professional standards, service, conduct, or ethics that you would expect of all metals dealers, but they are not all the same. Take my advice by not selecting just any metal dealer in your pursuit of building wealth. And if you feel it would be nice to also be treated fairly, and receive excellent service at the same time I highly recommend that you start off with Preserve Gold the best dealer in the business!

Aaron Crossman is one of the most knowledgeable precious metal advisor I have ever run across at all. He KNOWS HIS METALS, his job and his company, Preserve Gold, extremely well. He knows How to attend a client and treats you like you are the most important client he has had. This is why I chose Preserve Gold. I need THAT KIND OF ASSURANCE that lets me know I chose correctly and I am well taken care of!!! Preserve Gold is the best way to go and Aaron Crossman is their BEST asset!!!!!

I had a great experience working with Nick Belvis and Aaron Crossman of Preserve Gold. Nick was my initial point of contact, upon understanding my needs, he scheduled me with Aaron Crossman, Preserve Gold Senior Director. I found Aaron to be professional, polite, and very knowledgeable; he educated me about precious metals as an investment class. He helped me transfer my variable rate annuity (IRA) to a precious metals IRA. At age 60, I am more confident, after working with Aaron Crossman at Preserve Gold, that my retirement assets are now better allocated for growth considering the declining dollar and raising rate of inflation.
