Pond5 makes it very easy for independent filmmakers to find music and also to have licenses available that will make sure that they will not have copyright strikes against them. It is truly affordable. I always come back to Pond5 and I will never shop anywhere else. Period.

They charge my credit card month after month, but my password doesn’t work. I’ve lost more than $100 to Pond 5 with no ability to log in. I’ll be blocking their access to my credit card soon.

An amazing site for ALL image seekers
If you are a creative, archivist, educator, documentarian, visual art professional, lover of visual art (or any combination thereof) Pond5 is the place for you. This team has assembled an incredibly wide range of state-of-the-art photos, videos, special EFX images, wallpaper images, screensavers and more for the public use. For the professional, the subscription model is a great deal in terms of the amount of high-quality content that is readily available, for a reasonable price. For the non-professional, if you are looking for"one shot" downloads, they offer very reasonable deals on this tier as well. It's simply a well run company that does outstanding work!

I've been really happy
I've been really happy with my experience using Pond5. The site is easy to navigate, I've always been able to find what I need, and every purchase has gone smoothly. The quality has been consistently good, and when I reached out with a question, customer support was friendly and got me taken care of without any hassle. It's been a solid experience all around, and I'd definitely use Pond5 again.

Pond5 is my go-to for music
Pond5 is my go-to for music and graphics. I appreciate so much that I can make a single purchase of an excellent product without a subscription. Their selection is incredibly diverse and I despite my quite niche subject matter I can always find what I need in the Pond5 catalog. I can't recommend Pond5 highly enough. Thank you for not going the subscription route and giving creatives an excellent option and experience.

The tracks clearly stated 'Youtube safe'. This is NOT true. One of the tracks was flagged on Youtube for Copyright infringement. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in Pond5. Deceptive practices...

I purchased over 20 clips
I purchased over 20 clips. One of the clips was corrupted or just didn’t work. Upon download it didn’t respond. I tried to re download it. It still didn’t work. So that for me is a problem. As you know these clips add up. As an artist I’m working with a budget. So I’m mostly happy with the result but now have concerns about future downloads.

More photos to choose and then some.
Once again Pond 5 had imagery that I needed for a music video project and I was surprised at how many photos there were to choose from. It seems they've added a heck of a lot more over the past 18 months. As before the price per photo was very fair.
