The reason why I give 5 stars to POINT Lending company, is that the system is really easy to understand and the representative is very professional with the document requirements, especially Reagan, who is so helpful and friendly

The team kept me in the loop every step of the way. Made sure I understood what I was doing which meant alot to me. On top of that, worked with me to close when I needed to. Love this group.

The whole process was seamless, Rhea Imperialwas always on point when I emailed her, and signing paperwork with Beth Heminger was a Breeze! She was very thorough going over things with me and making sure I understood everything! Meeting her was a delight!!!! this has been a very pleasant experience!! 👍

The funding product was laid out very clearly on the website, and there were multiple opportunities to clarify points with a human (not AI!) agent, all of whom were helpful and friendly. Allycia has been very helpful, and Rachelle very responsive.

I've said it once and I'll say again. I've tried to get help for years. Trying to refinance, home equity loan, reverse mortgage, etc. All said NO. But then Point said YES!! Lots of stress off me.

I must say, Point is the first lending institution that makes sense. They offer a no-nonsense approach that is easy to follow as well as fair. Not only was the process simple, but it also made the borrower feel like it was a good investment. The payback options don't make borrowers feel like they signed away their life for pennies, like all lending institutions on planet Earth make people feel. I am now a dedicated advocate for this product. If you own a home and are credit challenged, this is the option for you. This loan is the best option to get back on your feet. Do not refinance or take out an equity loan. Especially if you have a large amount of equity in your home. I have nothing negative to say about Point. The creators of this product should take a bow because they just revolutionized the home equity borrowing process. It feels good knowing that a business is actually here for the people who need help without that business in some way taking advantage of them. This product is a game changer!

The process moved rapidly. The only issue I had was related to confusion about certain processes such as the title matter. I did not realize what the title issue was until I accepted the reduced amount.
