PIURIFY is a company with solid products.
PIURIFY is a company that I just recently discovered and I am glad I did. Came across their over the pipe water descalers which could not have been easier to install. That worked great and then I saw they also made hydrogen water bottle generators. PIURIFY’s premium hydrogen bottles are solidly made and rate right up there with other top brands but at a lower price. Their hydrogen bottles are 3rd party certified and produce one of the highest concentration of hydrogen on the market. Anytime I had any questions, I would reach out to their customer service and receive replies immediately. PIURIFY’s customer service team is very knowledgeable and always ready to help in any way they can. They are a company who stand by their products and I look forward to using their future products.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Thought One of my Two hydrogentor bottles stopped working. After talking to customer service, I was able to get my bottle working again. Communication was pretty quick, and communications were polite. Thank You PIURIFY

Outstanding experience with an exceptional team. I’ve trusted their products since they first entered the market, and not only have I personally seen great results, but many of my friends/clients have as well. What truly sets them apart is their customer care ⭐️ they went above and beyond to help me replace my PIURIFY unit without hesitation. A DUD…
The item arrived DEAD and after the initial charge, I ran it once for the 10 minute option. The next day I went to use it and once again, it was DEAD. Tried charging it again, but it will not run. So, it is not holding a charge and will not run - brand new out of the box.

The button has to be pressed several times to respond and after a couple days it began to leak during the hydrating process. I am willing and expecting a replacement, otherwise I will move on to another brand.

I was really optimistic about the…
I was really optimistic about the quality of this product. Started off very strong. Have been using it for about 3 weeks now. When I open my water bottle, you can hear the pressure release from the hydrogen. Recently, however, that has seemed to go way way down and I'm assuming it's not working as great as it did in the beginning. I've used the right kind of water, cleaned it according to the instructions, and the pressure is almost non existent. Hoping this changes as i really like the product! UPDATE: After the Piurify rep contacted me after my initial review, and gave us some advice that we followed, the product functioned as intended and we have had no further issues! I was grateful for her knowledge and kindness and would recommend this product to anyone! Upgrade to 5 stars! I tell everyone about it!

Customer service is…
Very good product.Customer service is very good with one exception! My bottle did not make a sound at the end of the cycle. Took quite a few emails for them to agree to replace my bottle. I requested they ship replacement and I would have the packaging materials to return the defective bottle in. They refused!! I paid FedEx to pack my bottle for shipment!

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing. Sadly I received a model that didn't work correctly but customer service was prompt and on it! I had to send this one back to Amazon but that doesn't matter it's fast and easy and I love Piurify's products and their service is unmatched.

It's kinda a waste of $230
It's kinda a waste of $230 to be honest, I've been drinking it daily since it arrived and noticed no changes. The only changes are if you add the filter to the pitcher, your water will taste like compounds in the filter. Also the 21 day challenge doesn't even work. Zip format is terrible and keeps breaking, when i download the file and go to it, its literally blank.
