Ordered a custom dingwall Z3 6string, initially they talked me through the whole process before paying,build took about 9 months to finish and arrive at my door During that wait period they provided plenty of updates and keeping me in the loop along the way and was always happy to take my calls, overall was an a experience and would absolutely recommend anyone come here for anything, everything was worth the wait and more, thank you everyone at Pitbull audio and Caleb the awesome store manager, if I could give 6 stars I would!

I was advised by a colleague to seek out advice and products from the Pibull Audio retail store in National City, CA. I had been actively seeking studio quality recording equipment for a startup voice over business and needed help in choosing the correct professional, but affordable equipment to meet my needs. I initially contacted the retail staff via phone and informed them of my situation. I found them very knowledgeable and extremely helpful regarding what equipment would be just right for my needs without breaking my budget. It became apparent that I would need to come to the store in person to look over the options available to me. I live in Riverside County in Temecula, so it was quite a distance for me to travel when I easily could have shopped much closer to my home; in fact, I did seek help from sound equipment sources much closer to home. I am so glad that I chose to drive the distance to Pitbull Audio in National City. It was completely worth it! Once I was there at the store itself, the sales associates knew exactly who I was and had already set aside product options for me to peruse. The sales team there at the store did a phenomenal job giving me wise, professional advice without a heavy sales pitch. It was clear that they were giving me excellent adice, yet allowing me to be in control of my own choices. I am extremely happy with the products I ultimately took home with me that day and have made excellent use of them. I would highly recommend Pitbull Audio over other similar sound and music sources. I will be returning there for all my music and sound needs from now on.

Shipping was delayed
Shipping was delayed, trying to return the product was a headache, I had to reach out 3-4 times about both of the issues so I just decided to sell the product to guitar center for half of what I paid for it. Definitely won’t be doing business here again unfortunately :(
