Absolutely brilliant hosting service!
Absolutely brilliant hosting service! Easily the best customer support I've had with a company that provides such services which is pretty uncommon these days. If you have any issues with your server these guys will look into it as quickly as they can and actually help you out. The server performance is great and generally worth the money though can be on the expensive side at times so be mindful that the hardware you are picking is suitable for your needs

I would have to say that Physgun is the Best.
I would have to say that Physgun is the best Host i have had the pleasure of working with. My server runs great and if i run into any issues the team over there is on it and fixing ASAP. They are always fast to reply to your tickets and are also very active in there discord helping out as well. Since i have been with them it seems like they are always trying to improve the users experience by adding new features and ways to help you manage your server. Overall 10/10.

Extremely Satisfied
Despite only using Physgun for a short time, my group is extremely satisfied with the service and support we have received thus far. Compared to other hosts we have used in the past, they are substantially better in-response to their unique services and features and response time. Looking forward to continuing to use them as a server host.

Physgun has been the epitome of many of…
Physgun has been the epitome of many of my rust experiments and we are now just sliding into our grove. I have had multiple server's hosted through them for rust for PVP/PVE. And every single one of them has been excellent. They are fast on the tickets and when I did bring up issues a bit with my super heavy PVE server they moved me somewhere else and everything has been top notch since. I have upgraded the one server to the maximum at the moment and on force wipe I think we will start hitting our maximum player counts for the first time and everything because of them. We tried rust hosting on many others server providers and even with a few of us we would lag out of the sky and die a burning death because the servers just could not handle it. Their rust server tools are unmatched from any competitors, you will not find power tools like these fine people have crafted to run your rust server. It's not even going to be close. They also have been updating the tools constantly adding new features. They are worth every single penny if you utilize any of the extra tools they offer and once again. It's really not even close....

Braindead, Accessible, Multiplayer Mayhem <3
They have a braindead method of transferring a coop world to dedicated, and its just as easy returning it back. Even still, I made a few mistakes, and they were super punctual and supportive helping me fix my problems ! please remember to be patient, palworld has MILLIONs of players, and theyll help you as soon as they can.

I swapped over to them from another…
I swapped over to them from another host that I've used for almost 14 years and the performance difference is crazy. Also the support on discord is fairly quick to respond. Glad to host a dedicated server with them.

Stellar support from people who know their stuff
Hosting, by itself, is easy. Doing it exceptionally well is a different story. I’ve used hosting providers since 1998, ranging from tiny shops with a single T1 backbone to companies like OVH and AWS. Over that time, I’ve learned that the quality of a hosting provider ultimately comes down to one thing: customer support. Every provider will eventually experience network or hardware issues. What matters is how well they communicate, how quickly they respond, and whether they provide meaningful support when it is needed most. With Physgun, there is no AI slop and no canned messaging. You get responses from real people who are knowledgeable and actually work in the trenches. They understand the games they host at a deep technical level and have tuned the game engines to run better on their infrastructure. It is honestly crazy how much faster Rust saves load now. Physgun’s support has been beyond stellar, and it is the main reason I plan to stay with them. The pricing is good, the hardware is top-notch, and honestly, you would waste your time considering anyone else.

Immediate response to ticket!!
Amazing experience. if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I submitted a ticket because I couldn't figure out why my game co-op save wasn't transferring over to a new dedicated server. Submitted a ticket on a Sunday afternoon and didn't expect an answer for a 'low grade' ticket, but 5 minutes later I received a response from Will. The problem did take a few hours to get fixed...HOWEVER it being on a Sunday and people out touching grass, I couldn't be happier with the response time and how my problem was handled. 10000/10 will continue to use Physgun for my current, and any future games I will be playing Thank you so much again Will!!

Physgun quality and growth
Our organization has rented from Physgun for a few years. In my opinion, Physgun has the best protection, quality and customer service in relation to the other hosting companies I have contracted with in the past. They are growing and decided to do what most have not and re-invest into their growth. This has led to new features and updates which helped our organization improve what we offer and grow. Physgun has been hosting my Dedicated now for a little over 3 Months. The Experience has been great thus far, Uptime is incredible and the fast support times are always a life saver. I would highly recommend Physgun for any hosting needs!

Amazing personalized service
I was having issues with some people from certain ISP's not being able to connect to our IPs, after doing a MTR it turned out that their ISP was messing up the routing and failing at it. When i took contact up with physgun they went out of their way to email the ISP and got the issue resolved within 2 days! I don't think i've seen a provider ever do this kind of stuff before.
