Hi, I’m reaching out because my package still hasn’t arrived, and it’s now been a week since it was supposed to. I’ve been checking the tracking, but I still haven’t received it or any updates explaining the delay. I’m pretty disappointed and would appreciate it if you could look into what happened and let me know when I can expect my package. Thank you.

I would give it 5 stars but my order was missed during shipping other than that it’s comfortable and it’s exactly what your asking for I love this brand and been watching them for a while so maybe next time I’ll give them 5 stars

I ordered a chain from Pholoh to Europe (Poland) and honestly I was pretty skeptical at first. Tracking stopped updating at one point so I emailed their support. They replied instantly and the package arrived super fast right after that. (they even offered a full refund for the delay) (that's wild because the wait was not even long at all) The chain itself is top tier. It has some solid weight to it giving it a premium feel, instead of that basic shiny silver it has this gorgeous dark silver tone. My only issue was the pendant itself. It's completely concave on the back and literally none of the pictures on the site showed that. I just took the pendant off and the chain alone is totally worth it. The links are super solid with no flimsy parts that feel like they would snap. I highly recommend buying from them even if you are ordering from the other side of the world.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. Ordered half a dozen products as a part of a big sale. Got a order placed notification. But the brand failed to hand it off to ups. After over a week without updates I reached out and they ensured me they would resolve it and get my products sent out. Another week passes and no update or further tracking information was given. After reaching out once more they just sent me a refund and told me to reorder it. I responded because that's not what I wanted. I just wanted them to reship the products like they said they would. I didn't ask for them to refund me. They assured me they would do that but had already processed the refund. And I have not heard from the brand again about any further updates on my order after staying they'll still ship it and send me my tracking info almost a month later. The refund has now posted. But all of the products are now sold out in my size.

Amazing quality hoodie! The shipping took forever, I got a little skeptical when the freebies (extremely durable-feeling canvas bag/2 rings) came first in a separate package like 2 weeks before the hoodie did, but I eventually received the rest of the order.

The clothes came in pretty quick, I love the set it’s really great material and quality. There was a tiny stain on it and when I emailed Pholoh about it they immediately got back to me to offer a refund. Plus I got a free shirt with my set and who doesn’t love free stuff.

I have ordered from Pholoh three times now and have not had any issues. Great clothing and great fit when you research the specific cropped fit that they cater towards. Once again amazing brand and will buy more in the future.
