Great service
I had the pleaser to work with the Personal Hour staff in-person. From the first inquiry email to the pick-up everyone was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As for the reformer I bought the Nano Pro Max Studio Pilates Reformer. Set up was easy and quick- I have been extremely happy with reformer and with the App I have been able to take classes for free.

Great service, great product!
I loved being able to try out the machines to see how good they were. I loved being able to pick my own colors. They accommodated my desire to get the one I wanted as soon as possible. I did have issues with the delivery, but it was the dispatches mistake and Personal Hour jumped into assist. I LOVE my new Reformer. I have worked on many models, both in home and in various studios. This is the best!

good reformer, fair customer service
firstly I love my reformer, however I have never used any other to compare it with. I feel it is well made. On the down side i tried to get a custom color and it was a huge mistake. It tool 3 months to fulfill the order and when I got it was the wrong color. After tedious and half ignored emails I did get compensated with a few free items. The customer service is very slow and extremely difficult to talk to a live operator unless they think you are buying. The user app seems to be improving, however much improvment is needed. I do recoment personal hour because the machine is well build and at a good price. But customer service is low.

Personal Hour Customer Service AAAA+ received our reformer today and had…
We received our reformer today and had a bit of an issue but of our own making because we ripped the covering for the foot bar while unpacking the reformer. I immediately texted personal hour and within 30 minutes I got a reply super easy fix. I took care of that immediately and was beyond impressed start to finish with personal hours customer service. The reformer came perfectly packed, but it was our error but still Personal Hour helped us tremendously. I would purchase again from this well respected company!

Great delivery driver and well packaged…
Great delivery driver and well packaged in a crate. The reformer and accessories are super solid on par with a commercial studio unit. The only suggestion I have is this might have been a time to do opt in for white-glove-delivery, especially if your placement involves a different level of your home! I am almost always a DYI kinda guy but this is definitely a 2 person job and getting rid of the crating at the time of delivery would have saved me a 30 minute drive to a dump that accepts wood scraps.

I love my new reformer
I love my new reformer! It arrived in a sturdy crate and needed just a minor amount of assembly which I figured out from watching a tutorial online. Wonderful quality and customer service! Highly recommend.

Excellent Equipment!
Excellent communication. I needed guidance in selecting the right reformer for me. Delivery was seamless and packaging great! Easy to put the reformer together, and I was using it immediately. Purchasing my own reformer was cost-effective. No expensive studios with ridiculous fees and rules. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of Pilates!

Reformer arrived in a large crate in perfect condition. While I wish it came with more instructions on how to assemble and what each piece was, I absolutely love my reformer. Solid, smooth, and great quality!

Finally delivered and gorgeous!
Final Update: Received my Nano Pro Max in Bone on July 9th, ordered on April 22nd. I am on the West coast. If you don’t mind waiting 3 months for on demand/custom color it is definitely worth the money and wait time. If you are anxious to get your machine, I would recommend choosing an in stock item. I used the white glove service only because my reformer went upstairs and knew I could not do that on my own. I would not pay extra for the set up because the deliver drivers are not familiar with this product. I did not mind setting up the machine on my own. The online instructions are well written. Quality Rating - 5++Stars - I purchased the Nano Pro Max in Bone. The quality of materials is gorgeous. Easy installation. Customer Service/logistics 3 stars- I was really frustrated that they showed my exact product in stock weeks before mine was shipped. When I questioned the company they stated they could not send the one in stock due to mine being in production. UPDATE: Received a call from Personal Hour and they stated my reformer will be shipped next week. Impressed that they would call on a weekend. Due to the holiday next week it will take a little longer to arrive. I have paid for white glove delivery and hope all goes well. I will update as soon as I have received my reformer. Anxiously awaiting. At this point I am not thrilled with the experience. I placed my order on April 22nd with an expected delivery date of July 1st. My frustration continues when I look on their website and the exact same model and color I purchased is showing in stock!! So why have I been waiting 10 weeks!! Like many others, I feel like I have been scammed!! When I contact the company they said because mine was an “on demand” color they could not send the one that was showing in stock due to being in production already. Which makes no sense. Send the one in stock and mine could be the next one in stock! Poor business practice! My order #26_W17_17182 - placed on April 22, 2026 for RE01 in Bone not a custom color! At the time I ordered your site said 6-8 weeks for on demand and 8-12 weeks for custom color. I checked your site twice and found it stating Bone in stock but I have received no shipping information and your staff keep telling it’s still in production. I have a photo that I am unable to post, showing again that you have the RE01 reformer in Bone in stock as of 5 minutes ago.

My reformer arrived in about a week
My reformer arrived in about a week. I have had it for several months now. Set up took about 45 minutes, including the time to remove the packaging. Everything is working well. Using this reformer is a joy, it appears to be well made and works smoothly.

Good quality
I am pleased with my Zous reformer from PersonalHour. I was waiting for three months for a reformer from another company and ended up canceling because they were having logistical problems. I ordered the in stock Zous reformer from PersonalHour and received it in less than two weeks. I must say I am pleased with the quality of this reformer and how whisper quiet it is. I’ve done several workouts on this bad boy and I must say, I am pleased. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. Also, I do own an entry level reformer. I am amazed at the difference between the two. I feel that there is so much more that I can do with the Zous that I couldn’t do with my other reformer. I had problems with wheels falling off and shoulder rests splitting. These are things that prompted me to invest in a more studio quality reformer. I have no regrets.

The Best Reformer I've every uesd
As a classically trained Certified Pilates Instructor (certified 2004/05, 15 years of teaching), I’ve used nearly every studio-grade reformer on the market. When I needed a home setup, I was frustrated by the exorbitant cost of professional equipment, which often locks out trainers and enthusiasts. Finding PersonalHour (PH) was a game-changer. Their Nano Pro Elite Pro Max with Tower is absolutely gorgeous with its maple base and high-quality leather. More importantly, the functionality is flawless—the movement is incredibly smooth, with zero sticking or squeaking. It truly blows other well-known studio brands out of the water. We did end up with a mat extender that was too small, and due to some miscommunication, the second one was too big. They were very apologetic, and did everything they could to make it right, and we did finally get the correct size and it'e perfect. If you take care of this reformer (replace springs when needed, oil down the springs and condition the wook), you'll have this for a really long time! I highly recommend it!

The Nano Pro Max Reformer is awesome
The Nano Pro Max Reformer is awesome. I am so impressed with the quality and durability. It is just as nice, if not nicer than the studio reformer I have been using for the past 6 months. It is so nice to have this reformer in my house, no more rushing to get to class and fighting for spots in the classes I want. Personal Hour goes above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience. My crate was damaged during shipping and getting it to open was a challenge. They were extremely helpful and responsive which made it much less frustrating. I would highly recommend purchasing a Reformer from Personal Hour. The craftmanship is unmatched and to get it at half the price of Balanced Body made the decision a no brainer!

Highly Recommend after researching
I'm so glad I went with the Personal Hour Nano Plus Studio Reformer for my first reformer! I did months of research before buying, and Personal Hour stood out because everything came together at one price—no extra add-ons to track down. I ordered in April, it arrived right on time, and I put it together myself with no trouble. One honest tip: the package is big and heavy, so plan to be home for delivery and have a second person on hand to help move it inside—I had two family members help, and it made all the difference (unless you pay for the additional delivery service). A few months in, I use it almost every day and absolutely love it. It's a serious, beautiful piece of equipment, and the team was lovely about answering all my questions along the way. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service
I ordered the Zous Pro Plus Cushion Coffee Edition pilates reformer from personalhour.com on May 3, 2026 and expected delivery was supposed to be May 28, 2026. I received absolutely NO updates from them about the status of my order. ZERO!!! I reached out to them several times via email before finding a phone number to call them (first call on May 28th). After speaking with one of their "representatives," I was informed it would be delivered within a couple of weeks but no definite delivery date was given. I told them I would not be home during that time as I was leaving for vacation soon and did not want it delivered when no one would be there. After several more attempts at getting a direct, honest answer about status/progress, I finally decided to cancel altogether. I disputed the charge with my bank after my last phone conversation with them on June 5th, but they have yet to respond to my bank's inquires into the matter. Don't waste your time by ordering ANYTHING from Personal Hour!

The Personalhour Reformer is a great machine. It was delivered on time and easy to put together. I have used it almost every day since I receive it. The team at Personalhour are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I have a friend that bought one at the same time and loves hers as well.
