These people are amazing and always have been. I've ordered a lot of stuff for several different computer builds from them! Emily is the best and I say that because she's usually the one that answers the phone and I've spoken to her several times. She's always extremely helpful, very kind, and very patient.

Amazing service
They were very helpful especially when they didn't have a product in stock. Living in Australia the shipping was fast and got here before the expected date. I couldn't be more thankful

This was just a fantastic experience
This was just a fantastic experience. I was looking at used waterblocks, but honestly the new blocks on the site were competitvely priced. So I just pulled the trigger. Glad I did. Got a high quality Barrow block for my GPU and got it fast. Definitely will be a first stop for my key watercooling purchases in the future.

Hands down some of THE best customer service I have ever experienced!! And the way they package their shipments is unmatched! The way they packed my order was amazing! The delivery driver could have handled it like the opening scene in Ace Ventura and it would have been fine!!

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I am always impressed as to how this business operates and keeps staying operative after all these years. I am further impressed by them allowing me to wait for a part I needed while they order the part from the main company. Also, the RMA process is clean and without further hassles.
