Quick shipment! Fedex always seems to push delivery date back by one or 2 days. Sadly. Great products, feel the changes. Better discounts would be great. Better discounts more repeat customers. Find a way to keep customers away from WhatsApp.

Peptidology seems to have good products. Sometimes, there is limited supply, especially when there are sales. There was a quality control issue with BPC-157, where when removing the cap, it tore off a portion the top of the aluminum on the vial, exposing the peptide vial with an improper seal. I was told to start at the "arrow" which made no difference. This happened with 3 different vials so far. I brought it to their attention, so hopefully, this is resolved. They were good about replacing the defective vials. I continue to purchase many peptides from Peptidology.

This was my first order. It was easy to find what I was looking for and reasonably priced. Shipping and delivery were was fast.

Had an issue with my order. Peptidology was not at fault at all. I called with my order issue ( fed ex ) and within 1 day, they made it right even though it was not their fault. I will definitely be doing my business with them. Thank you for the great customer service.

Company made it right. I recently, now deleted, wrote a review concerning a double charge to my credit card for research product and the appearance of getting the “run-around”. I am pleased to report the owner called and looked into why I was not receiving my credit and within the last two days the credit has gone through and posted. I appreciate the extra effort put in to retuning my money and keeping me as a customer. Nice to know there are business’s that still care about the consumer. BTW the products have been great as well!

Customer service was excellent! My package was stolen and they replaced it without question and helped me even report the package as stolen. They followed up with me not only through phone but through email as well and upgraded the shipping for me at no cost. I’ve been using their GLP-3 for months and have already lost way more than trying without anything to help. They are super helpful and understanding when issues arrive!
