What a wonderful service
What a wonderful service. I knew my dog needed something for her rash and itchy skin. This was a nice alternative instead of running to the vet. I was given very detailed instructions on what to do to help her. The vet I spoke to was extremely helpful, very patient, knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood what my problem was. I felt she really cared about me and my dog. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Truly helpful
Pawp gives me access to real vets without the huge clinic fees, and they actually respect the knowledge I already have. It helps me know when I’m overreacting and when I’m right, and the vets are always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s an incredibly helpful resource for me and my animals

Appointment was quick and easy
Appointment was quick and easy, vet was extremely nice and easy to understand. I’m very satisfied with my experience and it’s so much easier than dragging my kittens to a noisy, scary vet office just for flea medicine.

Convenient VetChat!!!
It was amazing to be able to go to my app and chat briefly with a LVT about concerns with my dogs health. She gave me very good suggestions and also recommended a visit to the vet to get checked out.

I wouldn’t take anything for being able to talk to a vet 24/7 when you aren’t sure what is going on with your fur baby, especially over the weekend when my vet is closed. They evaluate through videos and pictures. They will quickly let you know if you need to get to an emergency vet, or if your pet is stable, a plan for treatment and monitoring until you can be seen by your regular vet.
