Actual, pleasant, human, interaction. Can't say enough good about the experience. I could understand the rep, they were pleasant to speak to, and best of all, they understood me and what I wanted. And did it.

It seemed like there were not enough PM staff available to help me. I requested a call back, but one didn't come. Perhaps a call came after 5:57 pm Mtn time, when I went outside to collapse my large umbrella that was not doing well in the hot wind. I returned inside about 6:04 pm & I didn't check my phone to see if I'd missed a call. Don't know. I have an appt. at 6 pm to watch Flashpoint, so I've been in front of my PC & not fielding calls for a little while.

My sister has been using Patriot Mobile for a year now and has had flawless service with her phone and each connection that she makes. Thank you for a product that meets the promises that it makes!

I went with Patriot Mobile once my phone was paid off for the reason that it's a Christian, conservative, America-based company.

Their coverage is only so so on a good day. Although I have never been even a day late, they decided to keep my service I have to use automatic payment. No notice about the change and rude customer service when I challenged them.. If you ever need to call customer service plan on a minimum of 15 to 20 minute wait on hold.

The transition over to Patriot Mobile was smooth. Other than that, I have not been with PM long enough to make any other comments except that I am here because I appreciate who they support and, therefore, support PM.

He walked me through sign-up step by step. I'm very excited, relieved & joyous that I am free of the horrible A.I. ATT & all they represent.

We swapped from ATnT and have never looked back! We live in rural America and the service is great and the bill is exactly what was advertised! I would recommend it to everyone!
