When I looked for the item at the website it showed in stock and same day shipping. It didn’t! And it was difficult to find out why not or where the item was. Ended up taking 4 days to go from Chicago (Addison) to Evansville, Indiana. Had I known they couldn’t ship promptly I could have ordered from a more reliable (regular) supplier for prompt delivery. Apart from that, the website is very good with lots of extremely helpful information. Good company so long as you don’t need quick delivery.

Ordered a $35 A/C Unit Capacitor and paid $17 shipping. Item arrived quickly but in a flimsy plastic bag and capacitor is dented. Now I’m not sure it will work correctly when needed. You’d think an item line this would properly ship in a box with padding, especially for $17.

Super fast shipping, simply the best
I made an order from another place first, they told me the part was in stock and I paid shipping for a second day air, 3 days later they told me they did not have the part in stock and they were going to order from the manufacturer, and it was going to take 5 days for them to get it, I cancelled the order and ordered from Parts Town, it got to me in 4 days including shipping, it was super fast, now they are my first choice in ordering, thank you for your great service!

Crazy thing a mouse got into the house…
Crazy thing a mouse got into the house my cat spotted it and the chase was on the mouse ran under the fridge and struck the condenser fan . I’m thinking what are the chances, with some research I found Parts Town found the part even had a video on how to fix this . I ordered the part and two business days the part was on my front porch! I also spoke with a customer service representative I told him I only had two blades on the fan and asked if it would be okay to run the fridge . He answered and the replacement was easy the fan in the fridge was brittle so in a good way for me not the mouse I found the problem before anything happened.

Never used Parts Town before
Never having used Parts Town before, I found the pump I needed for our 25 year old ice machine quickly on the website. All communication was timely and the order was delivered on the day promised.
