From start to finish everything worked well. Easy to find your property, set the dates and length of stay, and, finally the payment process. Have used before and will continue into the future.

The hotel Sleep Inn was TERRIBLE. Us and another set of friends had to ask for different rooms. They weren’t what we booked and they were gross. Our friends had cockroaches and ours had water damage, a HUGE gash in the mattress that you would fall in, you had to wait 15-20 mins between each toilet flush and the bathroom wall had mold on it. And the shuttle never showed up to get us from the airport so we had to pay for an uber.

So far my experience has been pleasant. Check in went smoothly and the lady checking me in was very informative with my questions. Room is clean and comfortable.

Comfy bed, lots of pillows. Having airport shuttle an being able to leave my car parked there.

this was very easy to book and find the right room for us. It was located very close to the airport and the shuttle was available immediately. The shuttle back from the airport was also very timely.

The receptionist we dealt with the day we checked in was not friendly at all. We had to wait until she got off the phone to talk to her. We also purchased some snacks while there and she acted as if we were bothering her. However, the receptionist we had when checking out the next morning was very nice and friendly. Secondly, we were very dismayed with our room. The curtain had a big tear in it!

I have had past experience with Holiday Inn before now and the service was great. The booking process this time was excellent

Our room was extremely noisy, we could hear everything next door. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care. When we spoke with the manager the following morning, however, she was quick to help us out with a better room for our return.

We stayed at an airport hotel and paid for the shuttle and parking. Morning of, we stood outside waiting for the shuttle that never came. Went inside to find the most surly and disinterested employee who said the driver didn't show up and we had to call an Uber. My husband was livid but this woman truly didn't care. We walked to another hotel and begged to use their shuttle but by then we were late and stressed and that's exactly what I was trying to avoid by booking hotel and shuttle in the first place! I would rate this 0 stars if it were possible.

Easy to get to hotel to park car. Staff at hotel was very prompt in getting us to and from Airport. Room was comfortable at the end of our flight
