Everything went smooth with check-in
Everything went smooth with check-in, but as we returned we had to wait over an hour for the bus shuttle, therefore it was over-crowded (not a safe journey!) including arguments with other travelers

I am very satisfied with the service
I am very satisfied with the service. Everything worked exactly as expected, including the license plate recognition, which was accurate and hassle-free. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend it.

Booking cancellation suspicious
Parken & Fliegen advertises with free cancellation of booking. However you do not automatically get your payment back - the company issues a Credit Note - you can use for future purposes. So cancellation is not really free - avoid this company.

As usual light and shadows... Schweiger's Landgasthof / FJS-Flughafen München Good: - Booking was almost a breeze, cumbersome was the required extra form for the shuttle service. - Parking worked as anticipated. - Shuttle service both Departure and Arrival on time and almost brand new, comfortable busses, drivers were very friendly and helping with luggage. - Restaurant at the hotel was worth to give it a try for dinner, breakfast buffet rather a bit below average but still ok. Not so good: - The room was worn down and the shower cabin was dirty, really dirty - we didn't dare to use it! - Mattresses were overdue for disposal, couldn't sleep at all. - Some weeks after booking we bought a new car and we re-registered the new car and its license plate online, this data was not forwarded to the hotel reception. - Another hickup appeared, when the receptionist couldn't find our shuttle booking in the IT system and insisted that we had to pay for this service (again). Fortunately we had our booking paper at hand and could proof, that this service was included in the package. Note: The hotel is located at the countryside, i.e. there are no entertainment facilities in the near surroundings. Only options are to either make an extended walk and/or spend the evening at the restaurant until they close service (rather early). Also, do not expect an AirCon in your room.
