Dakota was awesome. He was very kind and informative and answered all my questions. He thoroughly described the various payment plans and offered including the warranty and maintenance involved in taking care of my unit. Just awesome.

The customer service I received from Chris Hollis. I. He explained the model information I was looking at with the lifetime warranty that I was interested in purchasing. He did an excellent job making me feel comfortable with making my purchase.

Tammy was patient, thorough and knowledgeable...especially listening to my rant about THE EXTREMELY, POOR design for the battery location and extraordinary difficulty removing it. DESIGNERS TAKE NOTE: this device is used by old people who may have arthritis and reduced strength...it took two people, multiple tries, a jar opener and a pair of pliers to get the battery out.
