My meeting owl three had a defective lens, and it was replaced under warranty. It is a shame that these units will not be repaired by the factory, but replacement is good also. Thank you.

we sent the order on Thursday, and until now the shipping status still remains label created, which means the item has not even reached the courier

We have been using our Owl for several years within our business because it simply works. No special software, updates or proprietary cables needed. The plug and play simplicity and high quality build have made Owl the only camera we considered using when we needed a second unit. Great people and excellent products all around.

No expedite delivery option- our micro USB connector broke and even when I sent an email to request to have it expedited- they ignored my email and shipped it snail mail anyway- then had the gall to send me this! There is no way to buy another cable- the connectors are horrible- what the hell are we going to do for our next video meeting? You sell the systems on Amazon, but you can't sell a stinking replacement speaker cable????!!!! I wanted this sent overnight or 2 day service- now what!

My first unit had problems. We tested and proved it was bad. They made good by sending replacement unit.

This experience has been horrible. Our Owl Bar does not function as advertised, the speaker is WAY too quiet to be functional. We were told that the company is aware of the issue and has a special software change to help. That change just boosts the bass on the speaker to artificially pump up the volume but it makes voices unintelligible. It also renders the microphone too quiet to be understood by the people on the other end of the call. The customer service person I am speaking with has acknowledged over and over that the company is aware of the issue and might release a software update in the future to solve it. You simply cannot sell me a product that you know is defective and then refuse to allow me to return it.

Shipping company had issues with delivering address so I am still waiting for a new package to be sent. Customer service was easy to work with and get ahold of.
