Confirming correct model
Update, I do know the model and I did provide it as I had previously confirmed with the manufacturer the correct model. Still was told we can't be sure. I was able to confirm the correct model to order. I had purchased this spa from a third party retailer. The consultant said several time she could not speak to what I ordered from other company. Realistically at this point and time if Outlet Spas is providing Life Smart replacements they should be aware that the brand is carried by other retailers and be able to reconcile part numbers. Other than that easy ordering like the free shipping and turnaround time.

Great hot tub
So far great product. Low cost compared to local stores. Easy and fast shipping. The quality has exceeded our expectations. The water stays hot, and the jet are powerful. We look forward to using it year round.

So far so good
I called, had some questions, the rep was very helpful. Received the tub and we liked it. I’ve had it less than 2 weeks and it has a leak on a component inside the unit. I’m waiting on a response to help me with that, but otherwise it’s been a good experience. Update: the leak turned out to be a simple fix. 3 weeks in and we really like the tub.

Spa was as described and arrived…
Spa was as described and arrived promptly. ONLY negative was there was no operations manual. There was a information pamphlet but it seemed to be general pamphlet covering all the spas, not just this one, and so lacked a lot of information on operating the various controls and physical connections. Almost nothing on the pump or motors. Would also be much better id jets were adjustable.
