The customer service was exceptional from start to finish and the earrings are absolutely gorgeous. There is a wait time during the creation and delivery process but the finished product is worth waiting for!

Vijay was wonderful from start to finish. Very communicative in updating every step of the way, they even sent over pictures and gifs during the process which was very helpful. The ring is beautiful and I'm very happy with the final product. That being said, I do need to mention that the experience with the delivery service uniuni was awful. They gave me an incorrect time frame and then sent me an email telling me the delivery failed but never mentioned any reasoning for why it failed. I had to take days off of work to try and recieve the package and it took forever to find a real person hidden behind all the ai chat bots. Once I did have a real person from uniuni they were unhelpful and refused to answer any questions other than to refer to their tracker app. Would not order again if shipped through uniuni. But my experience with Ouros was wonderful, thank you again for your wonderful help Vijay.

You are involved in the entire process from the design to the delivery. The lab grown diamonds are truly magnificent quality, and the settings are beautifully done. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My biggest concern was getting scammed. I Was very nervous buying online but after seeing the other positive reviews I decided to go for it. Immediately after purchase I was in contact with a representative which helped put my mind to ease and they maintained clear communication at every step of the process. When the diamond arrived it came with a certificate of authenticity and it was exactly what I ordered. 1000% would recommend for engagement diamonds.

This is my third purchase from Ouros Jewelry, and once again the experience was outstanding. Their customer service is amazing—very responsive and they kept me updated throughout the entire process, from my initial inquiry until the day my package was delivered. I originally came across Ouros on Etsy and decided to check out their website. At the time, I wasn't familiar with the company, but I was immediately drawn to their unique, custom handcrafted jewelry. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated receiving CAD designs and videos throughout the process so I could see exactly what I was getting. The finished pieces were exactly as expected and turned out beautifully! I've already purchased two pieces from Ouros and definitely plan to be a returning customer. Shipping Time frame was not bad, maybe two weeks or less.

I purchased a lab diamond and Vijay found me a better stone and larger than purchased closer for shipping than the stone I wanted!!! Absolutely wrapped with my bespoke wedder. From Aus and somehow stumbled upon ouros jewellers. Communication was fantastic and final design is exactly how I imagined it to be. Will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future for another bespoke jewellery piece.

I am so in love with my new ring. I got a 4 carat Jubilee cut and it sparkles beautifully. Communication was easy and responses were quick! They created a custom setting and the quality is amazing. Do not hesitate to order! You will not be disappointed!

Vijay made the process so easy! From the time inquired about the custom piece I was wanting to having it in my hands was just under 2 months. It is exactly what I was picturing. The ring matches the CAD made for me perfectly. I had 3 different versions mocked up in deciding what I wanted to move forward with. They were super fast about every step and super communicative with where they were on in the process. Including pictures of each step. I would highly recommend Ouros Jewels for all your diamond needs. Shipping was quick and very easy to track.

I am unable to reply to my original review (September 2025) but I wanted to provided an update. After working with Ours Jewels, we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution regarding the broken clasp on my bracelet. I believe I received my new and improved bracelet about 4-5 months after I initially expressed my dissatisfaction with the clasp. Ouros Jewels allowed me to upgrade my bracelet for a reasonable fee. I figured I would turn the bad situation into a new and bigger bracelet, so it gave me a fresh start with something even better. I received a new CAD design and the diamonds they chose for me are absolutely outstanding. The round and emerald cut diamonds in the tennis bracelet are stunning. The clasp design is much improved and has worked well for quite a long time, which is nice. My faith and trust has been restored with Ours Jewels. I am very happy with the outcome.

I got custom earrings made and I am so blown away by how beautiful they are!! I had no experience with lab diamonds or online sellers, and I felt so comfortable throughout the process. They literally communicated everything to me, from the moulds being made to choosing the stones. I’m 1000% ordering again.
