Where's my order?
When I order something online, I expect to receive it. Not so with Otterbox. I'm still waiting for an item that was last tracked on August 5 from a post office only 20 minutes away. Today is August 11. Their FREE shipping sucks.

Your free today shipping promo was available to me on the website. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a purchase, it did not default to the free shipping promo. I had to communicate with your Customer Service Via email. She suggested that I just call in and they could do it over the phone. I was trying to avoid additional work.
