I just received my research products…
I just received my research products last week so not sure of the quality yet but the customer service and fast shipping was top notch! There was an issue with my order shipping and when I emailed them, they responded very quickly and a new order was sent out that day and arriving the next.

Ive placed about eight or nine orders…
Ive placed about eight or nine orders from oros and have never had problems from shipping to customer service. My orders always arrive in perfect condition on time. I trust their quality so much that I frequently recommend them for research products. It would be great if they brought in some new products in the near future.

In this day of questionable customer…
In this day of questionable customer service, OROS Research is outstanding. I had a timing issue for a delivery window. They were on top of it in 20 min and managed my order and shipment so that it arrived within that window. This was so helpful and not what I have experienced with other companies. They will definitely be my go to!!!
