Bought a heated jacket for my dad, the sizing guide is wrong the website and they refused to exchange even when I explained it's wrong on the website.

I ordered an Oromo vest for my wife. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. I do not know because Oromo uses Aramex delivery to get it to customers. This is an extraordinarily bad service. It took weeks to arrive the first time. I had to return it for a larger size. And I now wait while trying to contact Aramex, who might as well not exist for all their communication.

This company had some of the greatest customer service I have ever gotten. They’ve helped me on two different orders now and I will be a customer for life. I have 4 different heated pieces of clothing from them and the quality is amazing on each of them as well. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic people to deal with - I chose the wrong size, emailed, they were super responsive and the exchange was seamless. The mittens themselves are superb! Super-warm and great construction. Far better value than than the $50 pair I tried from an American online mob

Fantastic customer service! I ordered 2 gilets in different sizes as it was a gift, then returned the one which didn’t fit. Very helpful customer service and easy return process. The recipient was very pleased with her gilet. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and excellent product. I received my Ororo heated vest very quickly in the mail, it was beautifully packaged and a beautiful vest with nice batteries. Unfortunately I bought a size to large. The customer service was so excellent, and we promptly organised and exchange. My new vest is the perfect size and very warm. I'm sure my next winter camping trip will be so much more comfortable with this! Thankyou

This is the best jacket in the world!! As someone who runs cold I don’t even bother wearing my other jackets anymore I just grab the ororo everytime (important note: this is suited for a more mild winter)

I received an incorrect item with my order, but the Ororo staff was wonderful about sending a replacement right away and taking back the incorrect item. They were very attentive and easy to work with. And the products are wonderful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with ORORO's customer service! My heated jacket wasn't working because of a faulty battery. Ivy was very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement battery. It arrived fast, and my jacket works perfectly now. Thanks for the great support!

I was really happy with the fit, comfort and quality of the jacket I purchased. Looking forward to trying out the heating elements next winter. I have nearly worn out my heated vest so I am sure the heated jacket will be toasty.

Outstanding Heated Jeans for Winter I absolutely love these heated denim pants! They are true to size, incredibly comfortable, and have just the right amount of light stretch for easy movement. The dark wash is attractive and versatile, so they look like a great pair of premium jeans while offering the added benefit of warmth. One feature I especially appreciate is the dual battery connection options. Being able to place the battery pack either at the waist or at the hip allows you to choose the most comfortable setup depending on your activity. The fleece lining is soft and cozy, and when the heat is turned on, it feels like a warm blanket wrapped around your legs all the way down to your knees. I've also been impressed with how well they hold up in the wash. They don't shrink, and they continue to look and fit great after laundering. I have used Ororo heated apparel regularly for horseback riding and walking my dog during the winter months in New England. These jeans are a game changer and will keep me toasty even in the coldest weather. If you spend time outdoors in the winter and want both warmth and style, I highly recommend these heated denim pants.

Great product! The vest is excellent quality and very well made. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful—they exchanged my vest for a different size quickly and without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this company.
