Very fast shipping!! The bags i purchased are excellent! Fantastic red colors! And the free bag is very nice- will go into my backpack for upcoming trip! I love ORI bags! They are all well made and easy to clesn! Very comfortable backpack- I love the wide straps- and they do not slip off my shoulders!!

Best Bag
I have been looking for the perfect work bag for a long time. I have finally found it. This bag is so well made and holds more than I could hope for. My laptop fits easily as does all my stuff -- glasses, keys, wallet, makeup bag, etc. The bag is well made and shoulder strap is comfortable. The various zippered compartments are a bonus!!

I had a great experience with my purchase. Super fast shipping and arrived packaged well. A little pricey, but made well. My only suggestion that has nothing to do with my purchase would be to make the corn color a little more golden instead of thrown up baby food color. The pictures for that color do not represent the actual color in person. The color in the pictures on your website is 100 times prettier and I would love to have one that color, but not what it actually comes as.

Love this version of the backpack
Love this version of the backpack. I also have the small Canfield. I'm finding this version has fewer pockets, and the top opening is wider. It turns out it's much more usable and convenient for me.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast, product is very cute. I wish the top opened up as a bag and not a zipper. It wasn't clear in pictures or description that it was a zipper opening. I am keeping it, I really like it. I just would like it better if it was a different opening in the top and without a zipper.

Based on the product descriptions on the webpage, it is unclear if the travel packs are made of nylon or canvas.
This review is solely on ORI’s travel backpacks. They are nicely designed, are well-made, with built in compartments for some organization, and are made from recycled materials. What frustrated me in my search for ORI’s best travel backpack, is that the packs are made of different materials - recycled nylon or recycled canvas. If one is searching based solely on the design - Canfield, Finchley, Richmond, Camden, or color, one can end up with either material. It is not clear on the webpage from what material the packs are made. I therefore ordered a Canfield pack thinking it was made of canvas and was dismayed when my order arrived and I found out that it was nylon. The only way you can know for sure is to apply the filter by material when placing an order. I needed to return the nylon Canfield pack I ordered and got charged a $10 shipping fee (only a few of the Canfield colors are made of canvas). I placed an order for a Richmond and finally got the pack that I really wanted.

Go for it!
I saw someone with a Roka London bag years ago on a trip to Iceland and loved it so much, I snapped a photo to capture the brand. I was so glad to discover it’s available in the USA as OriLondon. When I needed to replace my old backpack this summer, I knew what I wanted. Customer service has been phenomenal as I have weighed different options given my changing needs—always timely, informative, and patient with my questions. I have been using the Chelsea Pocket Sling Bag in wax paper (color) for quick summer outings and am excited to get the small Canfield rolltop for when I have materials to carry come fall. I love the recycled nylon, the variety of colors, and the design care. Definitely recommend!

I think this is extremely functional
I think this is extremely functional. I’m not a real purse person bc I hate the bag of junk. This holds everything straight up. The back pocket particularly.
