It was very good. The lady that took care of me was very nice. She knew what she was doing. I give her a five star. I wish Open Infra had a 24/7 service. From 8pm yesterday I didn't have no service. If you don't fix this problem you are going to loose customers. I like Open Infra but this issue has to be solved. Thank you.

Open Infra is hands-down, the WORST company I’ve ever gone with. Ive had more outages than I have EVER had with any other company in my life. Their outage isn’t just for a few minutes, it’s for days upon days. I am absolutely disgusted. I work from home and have missed so many days because of this company.Don’t waist your time or frustration on this company!!

How the heck does this company have a 4.4 star review. It's gotta be fudged reviews! How many times does the internet have to go out a month before I can get out of this contract!?!?! The internet is always going down for days. Do not get internet through this company. So tired of paying for it and not getting full service.

Chase the technician that came out to reconnect us was extremely nice and thorough! We are still dealing with the lines being buried under the street. Hopefully, this will happen soon.

We experience outages or spotty connectivity on a monthly basis. I quit calling customer support, and if the outage is more than a couple of hours I get out the Starlink dish and use that for a day or two until service returns. I have been promised credits for outages, but they never materialize. Starlink is far more reliable.

I had a great experience! Dan addressed all of my concerns, resolved every issue efficiently, and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with him.

Phone call was great, he was very helpful. The problems: 1. You ran a fiber line through the hard plastic shield of my septic tank, dangerous and irresponsible at the least. 2. Nobody contacted me because the account said my contact info is wrong. My account has 2 valid emails, nobody reached out. The phone number is right, but you put a ‘1’ before it so it has too many digits. Nobody could figure that out? Nobody could email me? I have had to call multiple times now only to find my repair is not even scheduled because of incompetence on your end. The incompetence started with the installation, and continues today.

The internet was down for 2 days and my company works from home for our business. It was very frustrating but really this was the first time I had had problems. Service since then has been great compared to what our community had before. Customer service has been really great on keeping me informed

This is the worst internet service I have ever been involved with. It is constantly off. I run a business and rely on an internet connection to be able to work. Don't be fooled be a claim of fast internet, it is no faster than any other service. Then they say you signed a one year contract and won't let you out, which I don't remember signing. Nothing but a typical scam.

Solid, reliable uptime service. 1 gigabit at $45/month. Price never changes. I love these guys! It would take a lot to make me change providers. All around excellence. And they were first in my neighborhood and still the best service and deal!

I paid for the 8 GB plan for years without ever actually receiving that amount of data. I know you guys metered my connection, which is dishonest at best. The $100 service fee you charge to fix problems that shouldn't be present in the first place is also very poor customer service in my opinion. I am not surprised you guys closed up shop and left town.
