Bad quality and long delivery time
The order was already suspicious. I never received a confirmation or billing, they just charged me. On top express delivery was 20€. Still it took two weeks to arrive. The quality of the chain is bad. It actually broke at first wearing. Order number #55208 (April 20, 2026)

Bracelet chain broke after 6 months and…
Bracelet chain broke after 6 months and customer care said it’s out of warranty and wanted to charge me $25 USD. They only give 90 day warranty so definitely a warning for anybody looking at buying. Product is pretty cheap. I’ll just get a new chain from here in Australia and add some charms on. Won’t use again and urge others to look at the negative reviews as opposed to the fake 5 star ones

Was so excited and waited quite some time even though it wasn't personalized . When it came was very disappointed with the quality. It cost a lot and feels like a ten dollar necklace . Tried to return it and was told they take a 30 percent fee for returns. If it was personalized I understand . Very upset

Avoid – poor quality product and extremely stressful returns process. My fiancé purchased a personalised necklace (around £380) as a gift. Unfortunately, it snapped within one week of normal wear. After contacting the company, responses were slow and inconsistent, and we were asked to return it for repair. After going through the time and cost of returning it internationally, the repaired necklace broke again within a few days. We then requested a refund. Initially, a partial refund was offered, and it took multiple messages to agree a full refund. After returning the item (which was confirmed as delivered), we were then told that the full refund would only be processed if we removed our Trustpilot review — despite a full refund having already been agreed. As we had already spent a significant amount of time and effort resolving this, we felt we had little choice but to remove the review in order to receive our money back. Although we did eventually receive a full refund (including postage after further follow-up), the entire process was lengthy, frustrating, and unnecessarily difficult. We also had concerns about being advised to declare a lower value for customs when returning the item. Overall, while the refund was eventually issued, the experience caused considerable stress and took a significant amount of time to resolve. Based on our experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

The bracelet is beautiful, and my daughter is delighted with it! Although delivery was delayed (due to the postal service, not due to Onecklace), the customer support team were fantastic and kept me regularly updated.

A very happy customer
Well, I have always believed a person must give credit where and when credit is due. I'm more than happy with not only with the cool products they have, but also quite pleased with the customer service. I had a minor issue with an order I placed and when I brought it to their attention, they were attentive, caring and went above and beyond what I asking for. So, thank you for that :)

Four stars as I ordered the items and…
Four stars as I ordered the items and paid for expedited shipping to have them by Christmas. They arrived a week later. The necklaces themselves are very nice and appreciated gifts with five stars.
