I have yet receive any type of customer service or assistance about inaccuracies with this platforms onboarding and off-boarding of song releases and it's going over a month now

I believe there must have been an issue with the uploading process. I emailed to have this issue looked at and it was resolved within the hour and I was contacted rather quickly. So far this service has not let me down and the customer support team are very attentive

I had a great experience with OFFstep Support. I contacted the team regarding a small metadata issue with one of my pending releases. They responded quickly, understood my request clearly, corrected the album title, and redelivered the release to the DSPs within just a few hours. The support team was professional, polite, and efficient throughout the process. As an independent artist, having responsive customer service is extremely important, and OFFstep handled my request very well. Thank you to Romaine and the OFFstep team for your excellent support. I would shop around before I commit to this company. There are many distribution companies that do the same thing and have way better customer service. I was not able to distribute my project with no real explanation on why. I was sent a generic message and I was unable to reach a person for clarity on why my service was denied.

Company is too strict about artwork and artist names. I got rejected multiple times. Their customer service wouldn’t help me, I just had to keep changing things and resubmitting, and waiting.

I’ve been with OFFstep for 10 months now, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. Their support team gets back to you with answers, which I appreciate because it shows they’re responsive and willing to help. Otherwise, you can find directions via their resources pages. I also really value their strict approach to originality in cover designs and their attention to title casing so it matches the cover design and metadata. That kind of consistency makes a big difference in presenting releases professionally. Overall, OFFstep has been reliable, helpful, and detail-oriented. I’m happy to recommend them.
