Brilliant application. Terrible support. I've used this service for several years and been super happy. I've just retired the printers that were using the service. The yearly billing cycle just went through without warning. I emailed immediately thinking they would cancel the renewal as there would be zero cost to them. I just get emails back quoting their terms and conditions with a FY attitude. They would rather keep my years subscription than have me as a customer when I need their service again. Beware! Update: This was resolved with a full refund.

I used the service when I had a creality printer. When I changed to bambu I no longer needed it. So I cancelled. However they still took the renewal payment. When I contacted them to ask why they claimed I had never cancelled. I asked for a refund as they didn't notify me they were going to take a payment so was unaware as I had cancelled. They then claim that their terms state no refunds and refuse to refund me even though their records showed I stooped using it 6 month before the renewal and the dates tie up with When I cancelled. Will never use this company again wirh their shady rentier practices.

I have setup OctoEverywhere on a Raspberry Pi 3 to enable access to my new Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2. The process was straight-forward and worked as expected, giving me the required access and a better experience than the Elegoo Matrix app.

I love this service, being notified when my builds are done lets me be just about anywhere other than hovering over the printer.

Lovely functionality would be nice if the animations were a bit faster tho.

Software works great. Little tricky to install if you don’t know computers but it works and works great. Can’t wait for CC2 support

It's been fantastic being able to initiate and monitor prints away from home. Great interface, usability and support.

It's a complete piece of software that allows you to monitor and control prints from anywhere. The AI monitoring gives me the confidence to leave prints running, knowing that if something goes wrong, it will stop the print automatically.
