I highly recommend this therapist
I highly recommend this therapist. She is warm, compassionate, and truly take the time to listen and understand. I always feel heard and supported during our sessions. Her thoughtful, innovative approach to therapy has been incredibly helpful, and she tailors treatment to what works best for me. I'm grateful for their expertise and genuine care.

Billing practices are horrible
Their billing is horrible and they refuse to refund a charge that should not have happened. Supposedly I am being charged for a bill that occurred on June 1st after I was already charged for a session that occurred on June 11th? They said it was overdue but everything was on auto pay so how can I have over due payments? Being charged for this supposed bill that happened in June, almost in August? It makes no sense.

Tools for after a session

The Right Doctor Makes All the Difference
The communication between my psychologist and me has been excellent. They are very professional, and the suggestions and recommendations provided are clear, easy to understand, and practical for me to apply. Finding the right doctor makes all the difference. When the connection is a good fit, communication flows better, trust grows, and the care feels more effective.

Therapist was not available the past…
Therapist was not available the past two sessions and I was charged $100.00. How awful!!! No more therapy for me. This turned out to be sooo stressful 😩

Keep trying until you get it right
The first therapist I was matched with stood me up and the second was a terrible match for me. But the team did a great job of following up with me after two weeks or so after each match to ensure I was getting what I needed. Then the third was the best therapist I’ve ever had! She’s exactly what I need to help me make progress in my therapeutic journey!
