I tried Nurx for skincare

I tried Nurx for skincare, and although the products were satisfactory, the company is terrible. Auto-refills happen far too quickly—I can't realistically use products as directed. I discontinued auto-refills multiple times, yet they continued to be processed regardless. Their "Support Team" often overlooks messages or states that they will cancel orders that are still being processed. The proportion of their 1-star reviews speaks volumes. This company is not reputable.

Shady operations

Nurx is very shady. They'll get you your medication, but will never operate on your side. They'll do whatever they can to get as much as money from you as possible, including ignoring your requests to file to insurance, and then blame you for not doing some weird extra step in a hidden part of your profile despite clear instructions you give them. They'll try to charge you out of pocket as much as possible. When confronted, they'll send a template response acting apologetic and never provide a solution. They'll 'escalate' the situation and never get back to you. They are awful, and it is incredibly disappointing for a healthcare company to do this. Quite awful.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The product caused significant skin irritation, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. On top of that, every time I tried to make adjustments to my medication, I was told there would be additional charges, which feels unfair given the issues I experienced with their product. It seems like they are more focused on charging customers than actually helping them. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor, and I felt completely unsupported throughout the process. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Nurx is utterly inept

Nurx is utterly inept. They misplaced or incorrectly delivered three shipments during my time with them. They sent it to the incorrect zip code after I changed my address. They take several days to respond to messages. I highly recommend that everyone choose another provider. This business is chaotic.

I've been attempting to cancel Nurx for more than a month, yet they continue to send me orders. Their product hasn't had any effect on me for 3 months. They keep suggesting that I update my account rather than simply canceling it. They completely ignore customer feedback. Such a letdown.

Nurx is a mess

Nurx is a mess. They are unable to handle shipping correctly—two shipments went to an incorrect address, and one was lost. It takes an eternity for them to reply to messages. In one year, three shipments never arrived for me. I strongly suggest seeking a more suitable provider for your medication requirements.

I was a subscriber of Nurx since 2023…

I was a subscriber of Nurx since 2023 for birth control medication, to which I had no issues with their team or support. It wasn't until I subscribed for their weight loss subscription that issues occurred. I had lost my job (and insurance) back in February 2026 and their support team reached out alerting me that my insurance was no longer valid (because I had lost my job). I had told them that I no longer had insurance due to my recent lay-off to which they replied that I should check with my insurance to see if it would cover the cost. It was very clear that their Support team does not read the conversations throughly. I was told in April 2026 that my paused subscription would not be automatically charged moving forward. In July 2026 (3 months later) I was charged $80 for the paused subscription and was told that it was a monthly fee ( which was clearly not the case as it wasn't charged the previous 3 months). They admitted that their team was not clear in their communication to me back in April but the random "monthly" fee would still be charged for a paused subscription. The admission of wrong-doing on their end should have warranted a refund of the $80 but alas- they were extremely rude and unhelpful even in admitting of being in the wrong. I would not use this company or recommend them as paused subscriptions still cost almost $100!

Awful service for customers.

Awful service for customers. They billed my card without offering any treatment or service. I emailed to cancel before the charges, but they disregarded my request and denied my refund. I needed to reach out to my bank several times to challenge transactions. This business is a fraud. Numerous other telehealth companies exist—choose one of them instead. Avoid spending your money in this place.

Enrolled anticipating ease, but received quiet and unanticipated fees instead. They billed me immediately for a consultation and then took more than 10 days to review my request. The prescribed medication was not what I requested. When I attempted to seek clarification from support, I received no response. No responses, no assistance, no reimbursements—only automated, bot-like replies. For a business that asserts it simplifies healthcare, this was the most exasperating experience imaginable. Do NOT suggest.

I like my experience with your company

I like my experience with your company. It would be nice if my meds were shipped sooner, I keep getting emails saying they are preparing my order . I guess I don’t know the procedures on the filling process otherwise I think your company is great

Absolutely recommend!

Super fast communication, meds have worked amazingly well. I have felt heard and cared for even through a screen which isn’t always true with online programs. Would recommend Nurx 100x!

Great covenience and customer service.

I really appreciate that I don't have to take time off to do an in-persona visit to obtain prescriptions and refills. I appreciate that I get to complete my evaluations at my convenience and not have to work around a provider's busy schedule. My prescription are automated and always arrive on time. I have issues or complaints about this company or it's customer service.

I love the clear instructions and product. If I have a question I know i will get an answer. The product itself, I can already notice a difference. And others noticed. I love how affordable this is for not having insurance also.
