Quick response to help me with my brand new unit, and they were highly receptive to possibly replacing my suspected problematic unit. When I finally figured out how to turn unit on properly,…suddenly no more problem! All was good.

First off the website and reviews of others using Novaa Lab products helped me to determine if I thought it would help me as well. The option for a 3 year warranty says a lot. The customer service have e mailed me to make sure any questions I might have were answered. It's been about 2 weeks and so far I love the multipurpose infra red light pad. It arrived on time and was dropped off at my door.

I am a loyal and thankful Nova A Lab infrared healing pad user for 8yrs.I can continue my active work/living activities at currant age of 74! Using this Infrared healing pad mostly at night, ensures mornings are fresh energy,free of the restrictions of my severe spinal stenosis,...Thank You Nova A Lab for excellent customer service throughout these 8 years!

First of all, I was not given grace to honor the #Warranty on the face mask —it was only a month past the warranty date when i reported issue which had occurred earlier however I had a major operation and illness during that time and since. Secondly, they’ve sent me two replacements and neither of them work on the face mask! The first one neither lit up the face mask nor did the operation of the controller itself work! The second one m, I just received, the controller shows the operation, but it doesn’t light up the face mask! I sent this information an email on Sunday evening! They look just like the original one yet do not function! Something is definitely amiss. I hope my review will cause a positive reaction to supply me with a controller need inorder to use the face mask! Christine Andrews

I purchased the Novaa Light Pad and a few red light products from other companies to compare for my needs. So far the Novaa has been the keeper of the bunch! It’s ease of use and the therapy I feel I’m receiving as a result of using it has been worth it! I’ve even contacted their customer service a few times with questions specific to my usage and they have been very helpful each time. A great product and would recommend!

100% Stellar Customer Service!! Novaa leaves no stone unturned on details & super prompt service. My Dr recommended Novaa to me for lower back pain & I've had excellent results with the Back Light Pad. The products are easy to install & use with accompanying videos. I've tried other Red Light products and they do not compare to Novaa quality standards!

I've purchased red light pads from a couple other sellers. In comparison, this is a pad that appears wellmade. I just recently used it for an injury around my ribs. WOW! Within 24 hours later, I feel more like myself. The pain has really lessened. While instructions say to use it once a day, I have never followed rules with any red/infrared light manufacturer and I've benefitted--felt physically better for it. I know what I need to do for myself. I also use it for my hip arthritis. I was diagnosed 10/23 & never used cortisone shots...only red/infrared light. I'm back to my everyday routine--using the pad everyday. I don't even have surgery scheduled because it's SO effective. Back in the 60s, my mom had carpal tunnel & used red light therapy for it. This is my go-to for pain relief! I'm sure I will love using my new Novaa pad. I like the irradiance level of this brand. Shipping was timely. Happy customer.

I was looking for a red light therapy pad that didn't have a plastic cover over the lights. The NovaaLab pad was just right. I've also just finished chemotherapy for colon cancer and wanted a red light therapy pad to help recovery and regain my fitness for track cycling.

The battery pack on my Novaa back pad malfunctioned after nearly a month of use. I was sent an entirely new set of equipment. I am totally satisfied with NovaaLab's responsiveness to my issue.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical. I was so surprised when I got relief from its first use. I know it won’t cure my spinal problems, but relief is a tremendous help. I’ve already recommended it to others and one is ordering today.

After researching the best red light therapy treatments, I settled on NovaaLab and am so glad I did! They provide a a quality product that actually works! My daughter is a gymnast and we have found this to be of great benefit during her training and injury recovery. My only suggestion is that the power cord could be a bit longer.

These people are incredible! The controller for my knee wouldn’t start the appliance. After a quick verification, they processed a free replacement. As I have a torn rotator cuff which I was treating, I greatly appreciated the no fuss replacement. I am now able to treat my shoulder & knee again.

Devices do exactly what is promised. They stand behind their products! My knee ultra stopped working after 9 months of use and they sent me a new one under their warranty! Friendly and courteous staff!
