Delivery service was great! Kept me informed constantly on the delivery status of my order. Haven’t used the product yet because it’s been too hot to apply or work in direct sun on my porch door.

I needed a quart of nova XO shield and didn’t want to drive all the way to Forest Grove from Southeast Portland for it. I went to the website, ordered the material on a Saturday and anticipated it might arrive the following Tuesday which it did. I couldn’t be more pleased with how promptly my order was processed.

Ordering was easy and quick. Husband applied it to the floor of utility trailer. He like the Walnut stain color. It turned out nicely.

The product is by far the best and easiest I have used. I have a 900sq ft Cumaru deck and the coverage is amazing. My deck is nearly 8 years old and looks like new every year using this product. I have used others prior and those make the wood look so dark and covers the natural beauty of the grain. I will never use anything but Exo.

Great product as far as I can tell. I chose Nova Exoshield for its antifungal properties mostly because my project was a front door. The customer service was great and they were super friendly. I’ll be choosing them for future outdoor products and the only reason I won’t for indoor projects is that I’m a Hardwax oil guy. Thank you for the help Nova!

Wonderful customer service and the product is incredible. We have Brazillian tiger wood decks and have had a hard time finding a stain that absorbs and doesn’t make our deck slippery. The stain was easy to apply and work with. Delivery was fast as well, which was a plus.

Got notice that UPS damaged the first gallon sent. Emailed Nova and they checked it out and set another gallon that day. Great service and a great product.

From ordering through delivery everything was easy and on time. I watched a video on how best to apply the deck stain. From there it was simple and the end result was fantastic great product

I have used this product on balau several times. Just as of today completed a new set of mahogany stairs and rails. Sanded 100 grit, blew off with hp blower, swept with brush , wiped with rags , apply ads directed out of direct sunlight, wiped after 40 minutes. Not super happy with the longevity of the product in the past but trying it one last time.

Great product and easy to apply. I recommend getting samples of colors for best result. Different woods take color differently. Fast delivery! If your wood is dried out expect to use more product.
