I ordered the Merv 14 + Carbon furnace filters. These filters are the only filters that work to stop cigarette smell from entering my Unit through the ventilation system from neighbors smoking. I received the filters within a few days after placing my order.

Had made an order previously about three weeks ago, but when I got the product, the actual filters was an incorrect size against the label that was on the box. Talk to one of the ladies in the office and they fixed everything for me credited my account and I just simply re-purchased the filters again so as of now just waiting on the second order to be received and hopefully they’ll be fine.
