Noisy Clan provided excellent customer service. My order arrived damaged and incomplete, but they (Joe!) promptly replaced the item and kept me well informed throughout the process. Their communication was clear, timely, and professional, and they turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. An excellent product and even better customer service. Highly recommended.

I first found Noisy Clan on Amazon with their Decoder (and I purchased it !) . It's such a wonderful tool and has, thankfully, simply and clearly helped me solved the mystery of keys that I'd not figured out on my own in decades. I then found their website and even more help and answers as well as a forum to pose my questions. (even more so, to me, because I play octave mandolin and standard mandolins) I've been helped multiple times with questions from both David and Joe of Noisy Clan and they couldn't have been nicer (and more patient ) with all my questions. A wonderful product (s) and such nice friendly and helpful people all around.

David has always made me feel comfortable in our correspondence and Clarify patiently. A new comer in the community, someone who decided to pick up guitar again after many years, he just simply handle us warmheartedly.

I asked Joe how to obtain a promised ebook, and once he confirmed that I had purchased the associated hardware quickly sent me a link to it It was just a misunderstanding that Joe resolved quickly and cordially.

Just got a music Key decoder, to help sort out which chords and chord types are in each key. Brilliant piece of kit, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Noisy Clan’s clear and colourfully produced music theory teaching products have really helped me, after many years of trying without success, to finally understand music theory. I purchased the guitar and piano compasses and decoders, and cheat sheets, and the piano keyboard notes. The quality of the materials is of a very high standard. The bold, colourful, clear format makes them fun, enjoyable to read and to understand. Highly recommend.

David and his whole group will do anything under their power to help a customer with any problem and they let you know what's going on in the guitar community and all the great products they have , I didn't even know it until I hit order but Amazon had the best guitar book of instructional playing how to's that I have ever yet to find on that site I was wondering why I had never seen it before and when I seen Noisy Clan on it then I knew it was some of your newer stuff I hadn't seen yet since the last time I was on there. As far David and his group go their is no one better that I would rather deal with on this Earth they feel like family with everything they have shown me in everything with Noisy Clan without them you wouldn't have a real Noisy Clan in my book just a cheap imitation, they are the best , I wanted to add i have been dealing with David and his crew back before 2025 so you didn't give me enough time to go back but it's been at least another year to two years

I received a response incredibly quickly, especially considering how busy the pre-holiday period is. The communication was clear, friendly, and very professional. On top of the great service, they offer truly awesome and thoughtfully created products, and I am really looking forward to the release of their book. It’s also impressive how they have built such a strong and supportive community around their brand. A genuinely inspiring company!
