This is my 3rd PC for NCG and the team has been phenomenal each time. Service is great, they are always timely, and very respectful. Would recommend if you dont have the money to purchase outright.

Don't Honor Their Promises
Most things went fairly well! Obviously, you're leasing something, and of course the total payments will total more than the item is worth itself. If you have an issue with this, then go buy a 3K PC out of pocket - or zip it. BUT! They promise a 15 day return policy with no charge, and my plan was to see if id prefer more RAM on this laptop. I called a few days before my 15 days so i could exchange for 64 instead of 32 RAM. Their representative told me the managers handle the return/exchanges and instructed me to email instead to a specific address and they would get back to me. Its been WEEKS and i've never heard a word back after multiple calls. I'm now past the return/exchange period and am now stuck in this 6 month lease. I WAS initially planning to just continue with the lease and pay off the laptop in full once exchanging. Bu,t now knowing how they care for paying customers i'll simply honor my end and get out of any agreement as soon as i can. IN CASE the team at no compromise gaming does see this (and you probably won't care, but I do) - You truly lost what would be a long term customer who would pay all of your lease interest by not responding to them. Completely unprofessional. stop spending on marketing and pay for someone to manage your correspondences.

Great option for getting a new computer
I needed a new computer, but didn’t have the funds to buy one outright. No compromise gaming made it easy. They approved me for what they thought I could afford per the pay schedule that I was able to do. Their staff is responsive and I was able to find a computer that will not only work for gaming but for everything else that I need it for. I very much recommend this company.
