Initially ordered, no issues, received email to say order completed, got tracking number and currently still waiting, ordered end of June. Disappointed, but hopefully it will eventually arrive.

I wanted to give you 5starts but unfortunately the katana handle was extremely hard to dismantle and drilled holes and edge not smoothed Overall I'm happy Note: more work to be done for quality control.

I bought two mystery katanas, and only one turned up at my door. The customer service was great, with the second katana actioned as soon as I mentioned it. Both have now arrived. The quality is great, cannot fault.

I never got my tanto that they said would be included with the buy, i emailed them and they responded saying they would look into it but i have not gotten a answar and dont think i will. Order nr is #4652

Buyer beware. I paid EUR 400.06 for an item that was never shipped. After the purchase, I was repeatedly asked to wait. At one point, the seller requested an additional 45-day extension due to supply problems. I agreed and waited patiently. After more than two months had passed, I contacted the seller again to ask about the status of my order. Had I not reached out myself, I have serious doubts that I would have received any update at all. Only then did the seller inform me that they could not fulfill the order because the necessary materials were unavailable. They offered either a replacement product or a full refund. I clearly chose a full refund. The seller explicitly stated that they would issue a full refund. However, no refund was ever sent. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them through PayPal and requested the promised refund, but my messages have gone unanswered. As of today: The item has never been shipped. The seller admitted they could not fulfill the order. A full refund was promised. No refund has been received. Communication effectively stopped after payment. In my personal experience, customer service was extremely poor. Meaningful communication was almost nonexistent, and many responses appeared automated and unhelpful. I have now been forced to escalate the matter through PayPal Buyer Protection in order to recover my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller and would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution. Update after reply2026. 6.8:would like to clarify that my review is not about whether the refund was eventually processed. The refund has now been received, and I acknowledge that. My dissatisfaction comes from the overall customer experience. I purchased a product that was advertised and available for sale. After payment, I was informed that there were supply issues and production delays. I was asked to wait longer, and I agreed to do so in good faith because I genuinely wanted the product. What followed was extremely disappointing. Nobody proactively contacted me with updates. After waiting for an extended period, I had to contact the company myself to find out what was happening. Only after I reached out was I informed that the product would not be manufactured and that the order could not be fulfilled. From a customer's perspective, it appeared that the situation had simply been forgotten until I asked about it. Had I not followed up myself, I honestly do not know when or whether I would have received any update at all. A refund was promised, which was the correct outcome. However, when I attempted to communicate about the refund and the status of the order, I was unable to obtain clear answers. Most replies appeared automated and did not address the actual questions being asked. Meaningful customer service was almost nonexistent. This is ultimately why I felt forced to involve PayPal. In my opinion, a customer should not have to escalate a case through buyer protection in order to obtain clear communication regarding an order that the seller has already acknowledged cannot be fulfilled. The need for PayPal intervention itself demonstrated that we were unable to resolve the issue through normal customer service channels. As a customer, this created the impression that the matter would simply continue to be delayed indefinitely unless I actively pursued it myself. What made the situation even more confusing was that shortly afterward the same product appeared on the website again as available for purchase. I had been told that the necessary materials were unavailable, that the item could not be produced, and that there was no indication of when it would become available again. Yet the product later reappeared for sale. From a customer's perspective, this was difficult to reconcile with the explanation that had been provided. The refund is therefore not the main issue. Blade is beautiful & sturdy but I’m guessing somewhere in shipping the tip was flattened and slightly rolled over definitely something that can be fixed I brought the chrysanthemum Royale Tachi, which I’m pretty sure was supposed to have a hybrid polish with a almost mirrored back. It definitely didn’t have that, but regardless is a very good looking sword. Fit and finish on the handle is very good as far as the wrap but there is a pretty decent fitment gap between the handle and pommel but at the same time, it isn’t very noticeable until you start really looking at it overall I’m happy with the sword

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. The swords arrived exactly on schedule and were packaged with extreme care to ensure no damage during transit. I ordered my custom katana and am happy to say the quality is fantastic. The shipping/turnaround time was a little longer than I was expecting but more than worth the wait. I will say that the customer service is somewhat lacking and they need to have better communication with shipment info and timeline details. However, for the price- excellent product and I could not be happier with the quality of the custom katana experience.

After 5 month of wait for a TANTO!!! They forgot the sword stand and, They sent me a loosen handled one without certification and it cant hold the blade case itself soo loose…0response from them since This for 427-76$……

I’m genuinely so happy I finally got the katana ❤️🗡️ I had originally placed the order around November as a Christmas present for my boyfriend forgetting about the shipping time and the time it would take to arrive given the fact that it’s a custom sword. But it finally arrived today!!! And I was so so happy the workers were so helpful and kept me updated constantly honestly the best purchase made would definitely recommend. The quality of the sword are absolutely stunning seeing it with my own eyes I’m in awe ❤️
