Only honest and genuine debt settlement firm

Lifesaver. Only honest and genuine debt settlement firm I came across. Was down in big hole(lowest point in my life) in 2023. Chapter 13 bankruptcy was my original option. After speaking to an attorney, I’d would have still paid 75-80% to the lender which wasn’t worth the hassle and a big buy keeping an eye on you in your future income. After hunted by lots of big scammy companies, came across New Era Debt solutions. No sugarcoating- set realistic expectations and that’s exactly how it happened. I was able to complete the program in 2.5 years. Highly highly recommend!!

Grateful in California

New Era helped me at a sensitive and brutally difficult time of my life: catastrophic health event costs. I was terrified and knew this industry had a lot of shady players, so much so that I did a ton of research and even worked with an advisor who led me to New Era. He was right: this is an extremely high-integrity family-run operation. I'm not sure I've ever had client service, respect, punctuality, overall professionalism and support in any other financial relationship, let alone one brought about by difficulty. Everyone on the team was beyond superb, the operation is well-run, there were no surprises, and I had an army of caring, thoughtful professionals advocating for me and supporting me. New Era helped me settle a frightening debt load for about 50% (maybe more) less than owed. While enrolled in the program, I pivoted from paycheck to paycheck living to a new job with more income and bonus, plus LLC consulting, which helped me exit the program early and get to greener pastures. I could not have done it without New Era.

A very heartfelt thank you to Greg, and the entire team including the lawyers at New Era. A very helpful and friendly staff. I was in debt up to my eyeballs. Three and a half years later, I’m completely debt free. They will work with you. They actually helped me feel happy again. I’m extremely grateful to the entire team

What I like about this company is they…really seem to care about you and your situation

What I like about this company is they really seem to care about helping you and they are very personable. Alyssa was very patient and informative when I called with questions. I was apprehensive and unsure about doing something like this. She put me at ease and helped me take the next steps to start getting my debt under control. For the last year or so Nicole has been my client services representative and she has been very assertive in helping me to get accounts settled and you can really tell she cares about helping you. I believe to date the accounts have been settled are averaging 39% of what I owed-that is pretty awesome. We have had some challenges with one or 2 accounts but they are working diligently to find solutions for me and they are always there to help. This is why I chose them and highly recommend them.

I liked working with this company…

I liked working with this company a lot!! They were very understanding, caring, and very friendly. I really liked that I had one person, Greg Smith who was my go-to person to chat about any concerns or questions. He was awesome!! He was very quick to respond. He was available via email or phone calls. I'm deaf and he was very accommodating using emails instead of phone calls!! I would highly suggest adding any extra money you might get (tax return, etc.) to your account. It really pays off. This company is very ethical. No hidden agendas or fees. I highly recommend them!!

I'm not happy at all with my…

I'm not happy at all with my experience, was with New Era/Versita Law for over a year & only experienced upsells, slow settlements made & no clear explanation of how much of their fees were taken out of the account. I enrolled jointly with my wife & we had just over $20k in debt & only seen 3 accounts settled after I paid over $9k into the program! A complete waste of time & money, I had small debts with each creditor mostly under $3k & they barely did anything!

Stressful Finances Made Simple

New Era Debt Solutions made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. Greg Smith was easy to talk to, super patient, and actually took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or judged, and he was always quick to respond when I had questions. It felt good knowing someone had my back and was genuinely trying to help me get things under control. Definitely a solid experience overall.

Honest and straightforward...

They were very up front and communicated through out the entire process. The team was friendly, accommodating, and sincere. Very, very helpful from beginning to end. Jason in particular was an amazing negotiator - honest and straightforward as to what to expect and how the process would proceed. They also were very helpful in providing suggestions as to direction. This is not a knock on New Era, they were great... but just make sure it is right for you and gather all the information you can while making a decision to start.

New Era made my life and the stressful process of debt settlement so easy!! This choice is never a easy one and it's scary but New Era answered all my questions and was able to make this a affordable option for me. I highly recommend them. I did so much research before choosing a company because this category of business can be sketchy but if you have stumbled upon this one, look no further! I got out of close 40,000$ in cc debt is 5 years! I would have never seen the light of day if it wasnt for New Era! Every single person I talked to was pleasant, understanding and kind! I cant thank them enough!

Great debt negotiators!!

Jason the negotiator was awesome! Esmeralda always quickly changed the deposit amounts when asked! James was very cordial and kept me informed! If you are in a lot of credit card debt, New Era is the way to go!! BTW my debts were settled in half of the time! 48 month contract settled in 24!!!!
