Incredible Staff
All three lactation consultants I've met with have been absolutely amazing! They offered tips and strategies on how to navigate the breastfeeding challenges I was dealing with and have made a real difference in my breastfeeding experience. They were also so incredibly kind and supportive, which made a world of a difference during such a hard period.

My specialist is so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel prepared and at ease when thinking about breast feeding. I look forward to any ongoing sessions especially once my little one is here

Nest Collaborative has been such an incredible support—both lactation consultants I’ve interacted with has been not only knowledgeable, but genuinely kind and encouraging. They make what can feel overwhelming so much more manageable, and you really feel cared for every step of the way.

The easiest appointment I've had my whole pregnancy!
Setting up an appointment was fast and easy. They handled everything with my insurance and I just logged on my computer at the time of my appointment. Theresa was knowledgeable and tailored our session to my previous experience with breastfeeding. I'd recommend this service to every mom as it's convenient, easily accessible, and relative to your own individual needs and desires.

Positive experience with provider not so much otherwise
Experience with provider was very positive, the experience with Nest leaves a lot to be desired, especially for someone who is far along in their pregnancy. The too many reminders sent in absolutely every form: call, email, text. My second appointment I received a phone call confirmation at 6:44am because my time zone was listed incorrectly, even though that wasn't the case the first time and even though I'd submitted feedback after the first session. Decided to not continue participating via this company to avoid needless stress.

Expertise par excellence!!
My lactation consultant was very thorough and her expertise in breastfeeding and all things newborn shined through. Even though this is my fourth baby and my fourth time nursing and even though I work in the maternal-newborn healthcare world, my lactation consultant was able to give me help and information that I didn’t know and could easily apply. It was also super easy to schedule an appointment for a time that worked for me and do the whole appointment from the comfort of my couch.

I was disappointed with my experience. The consultant appeared to be occupied with other things online during the consultation, which made me feel that my concerns were not given their full attention.
