Not correct for S26Ultra as stated
I've waited for the release of the filter housing for the S26Ultra, to make sure it fit over the newer design as the 24U and 25U are different, when I received my order it was the old size which doesnt properly cover the camera island on the 26Ultra as stated

Horrible return policy/slow customer service
Needed to return 2 items. No place on the site to do it. Had to email two email addresses and wait days to get a response from you. Then I have to pay return shipping. So you guys just aren’t competitive in the day of Amazon in which we live. I made a mistake in buying from you. I’ll never do that again.

Never received my flash
Never received my flash. Sent to the wrong address and someone else picked it up. I got a refund, but not having my flash on time cost me a photo shoot. Plus, they couldn't repair my old one. Very disappointed.

GM 27 is incredible.
I ordered the newer, GM 27 video head. It’s incredibly made and works wonderfully. It has a built-in leveler base, which is fantastic. This is exactly what I wanted as it’s small but very strong. I highly recommend this.

Package took several days to leave the warehouse then shipping delayed for over a week. Several emails to try and receive a refund for a product I still haven't received that I ordered over 2 weeks ago. And still no refund either.

I love the product but...
I love the product. But after ordering, I found B&H has it much cheaper and would have arrived next day instead of waiting much more longer directly. I wish the Neewer would allow price matching.

Along time to get it, bad product!!!!
Along time to get it, plus the colors are weak not as good as your video ads your videos the colors was full of color strong but this thing sucks, colors are not cutting through only in total darkness, Poor Product , I wish I had not bought it, I fill I got a bad one or they all are bad, I wish I could get my money back, to be truthful
