They are thieves and a fraud
Although the report they sent me is interesting they are a band of thieves. After the report I immediately unsubscribed, but I didn't receive our Ann email, neither I was allowed to take a screenshot of the unsubscription. In this app no subscription result, but they stole from my account 49.9 €. I just hope that since I'm European I can get a refund, but I can't help signaling this bad behavior

Fraudulently trap avoid
Fraudulently trap people in subscriptions and have involved cancellation processes that are extremely hard if not impossible to cancel. Save your money. Their soulmate sketch is an ai generated meaningless image. Their astrology is BS. Find something better. My experience was horrendous.

Non recommended platform for Advisors
Worst Experience because there is nothing for Advisors .They remove the account without even informing. You were getting the appreciation message and the next day the profile disappears. Never recommend anyone infact will suggest the advisor to not to rely on the platform because they didn't value your efforts and hardworking. I have shared all the screenshot of conversation in mail also but they never respond. They provide Account Manager who never respond, not even having any information or update to make a correction. So my expectations was 100% but the reality is -100%.

Absolute fraudulent business
Absolute dark business. Their strategy is so obvious: 1 - hook you in with a completely fake product (just run by AI) when you are feeling emotional one day. 2 - bombard you with emails and instagram ads when you don't have a subscription 3 - offer you a 1€ 7 day free trial that automatically upgrades to an outrageous amount of 43€ per month 4- as soon as the trial is over, completely stop emails, ads immediately so you don't remember the app at all. Next thing you know it - you've freely given them over €100. This company should be charged for FRAUD!

I want to start up by saying that I’ve been using this for months. And within these months, I have come to realize that most of the responses 95% are automated / AI responses. I also want to know that one time you will get one response from someone and then you can say the same thing another time and get a completely different response which can cause emotional whiplash and damage. Many of them have also made predictions that never end up coming true. Some of them are harsh and mean in their responses others barely say anything. There are maybe two or three literally who are genuine and have genuine intentions. But this app and website is emotionally damaging for the most part because it is all false in my opinion. Now let me say that sometimes I do receive insight that I wouldn’t have known about. But that’s only a small excerpt in regards to the whole reading. Be very careful using this. Even the ones who have high ratings with many positive reviews end up, turning their back on you and saying something completely different at a later time which makes it feel like a waste of time and you don’t know what to believe. I don’t know if this place should be allowed to exist honestly. I would take this as pure entertainment and not to heart and if you really have something that you’re really interested in finding out about find a real genuine psychic.

$1 Scam
I paid for Nebula’s “Sketch” offer after seeing an ad on social media that said I could get the sketch for $1. I tried it for fun, but the process felt misleading. What happened was: - I paid the $1. - I had to create an account with my email. - I was then told I had to download the mobile app to access the sketch. - After downloading the app, there was no sketch available anywhere. - I never received the promised result on the website or in the app. - I got one email saying “Get my Sketch,” I clicked it, and then nothing was actually there. This felt like a bait-and-switch. The ad made it sound like I would get a Soulmate Sketch after paying $1, but the actual process pushed me into an app and still did not deliver anything usable. If Nebula wants to sell an app-based reading or subscription, it should say that clearly up front. Do not advertise a $1 sketch if the customer cannot actually access the sketch after paying. I want a refund and a clear explanation of where the sketch is supposed to appear and why it was not delivered.

waiting to get my money back..
I hope I will get my money back, that 's not a nice manner to get new subscriptions... I send already 5 emails.. still waiting... They didn't charge me what I didn't authorized, at least. But, please don't try to get clients like this.

To be honest
To be honest , the readings I get from certain psychics seem accurate and real and some have actually been right on point but then it started to sound like back pedaling and confusion so I honestly don’t know.
