Four trips with Nat Hab now and I would give them more than five stars if I could. They think of every tiny detail to make sure you’re prepared, the guides are excellent and the food and accommodations are top notch as well. The base staff are also outstanding.

The whole trip was great. Our expedition leaders, Jenn and Justin, were full of information and unfailingly kind and patient. We saw incredible numbers of animals including just about every species in Yellowstone (except wolves - sigh). I would unreservedly recommend this trip.

I just completed my fifth trip with NatHab in 12 years and have three more planned over the next two years. NatHab is second to known when it comes to nature and conservation related travel. From the folks in the office to the guides and field staff, they are incredible human beings providing the utmost in customer service. Every detail is catered to. In addition to being what I like to call the "animal whisperers", they make sure each and every individual traveling with them has everything they could possibly need and then some. NatHab trips bring more joy to my life than I can even quantify.

Small size makes everything so much better-we really avoided crowds, so you can enjoy the natural beauties you came to visit in a delightful manner. Our leader was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. we didn't have to worry about anything, except when to get up. this is my 4th venture, and I have enjoyed everyone of them-I highly endorse Nat Hab

My June 2026 Nat Hab trip to Croatia and Slovenia could not have been better. Our guides Branka and Ante were so knowledgeable and full of good humor. In a word-they’re delightful. Food and accommodations were also superior. The hikes were beautiful - a good cardio workout but also considered the weather and the stamina of our group. Would highly recommend this trip for the combination of culture and nature. Nat Hab is the best.

Our two Nat Hab expeditions in South America (Amazon & Pantanal) were fantastic. All of the guides were knowledgeable and personable, and were able to spot even obscure wildlife and birds. We particularly appreciated how Nat Hab addressed every detail (tours, lodging, dining, travel, etc.). Nat Hab will definitely be part of our future travel plans.

NatHab takes care of everything for you on the trip. They literally go above and beyond to make the experience monumental for every guest. Their passion and knowledge on each of the trips I have taken is impressive.

I have now traveled on two trips with NatHab (Costa Rica and the Galapagos). Both experiences were amazing! The guides are so knowledgable and very kind -- they are genuinely excited about their home to share with you. And in addition to all the wildlife that you get to see and learn about, NatHab really works hard at conservation and involving and sustaining the local community, which I think is great. I will never travel with anyone else!

This was our third adventure with NatHab. The expedition leaders have all been superb, accommodations best in the area, daily tours perfect and sightings magnificent. If you love nature and don’t need Four Seasons every night, you won’t be disappointed.

Just finished a wonderful trip to the Galapagos with Natural Habitat. It was FANTASTIC! Personalized service all the way! From airport pickup to hotel via individual car service, to check in at hotel, to return to airport- first class service all the way. We chose NATHAB because of the small group size- only 10 people on our catamaran yacht- and we had 2 guides with us at all times. The guides were amazing- so knowledgeable and helpful. The entire crew on the catamaran were top-notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The activities were varied and we got to see so much- Tortoise camp, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, and panga rides for both wet and dry landings on various islands. We would HIGHLY recommend this trip! We also did a NATHAB add-on and spent 5 days in the rainforest in Ecuador at the NAPO Wildlife Center. Another great adventure! Warm, friendly staff and very knowledgeable guides- we had a group of 6 with 2 guides. Remote location- took 4 hours by canoe to get to the Center. The wildlife was incredible! Our guides spotted so many different species for us. We even did a nighttime walk in the rainforest. Definitely want to put this one on your Bucket List!!!

There is nothing to compare to NatHab. The level of personal attention and depth of knowledge of the Expedition Leaders is unmatched. We went on our recent vacation to the Galapagos and Amazon Rain Forest. All we had to do was show up at the airport. NatHab took care of EVERYTHING from that point on. We didn't need to focus on anything other than enjoying our vacation and taking in the beautiful sites and soaking in the knowledge of our Expedition Leaders. Everyone was incredibly friendly, courteous and caring. They all tried so hard to make sure our vacation was the best we ever had, and it was. (And we have been on many continents.) NatHab focuses on nature expeditions and they do it with a very comfortable and elegant flair. They are extremely accommodating and do everything they can to make sure you experience everything you came to see. We could have never come close to this on our own or with most other travel companies. If you want to experience nature, not have to worry about the travel part, see things you never thought you would see in person and experience true nature, NatHab is the way to go. We have one more trip coming up and we are looking at another after that. Their name says it all, but their people take it all to the next level of enjoyment and comfort.

Absolutely the very best experience- way beyond my expectations. This Secluded South Africa safari was well worth every penny- in fact, I plan to repeat it and would never return to larger group safaris on public lands. I was in absolute heaven for the two weeks - animals galore - leopards, cheetahs, wild African painted dogs, Rhinos (baby nursing), lions (2 moms with 6 cubs,…,), elephant herds (one big one shaking a tree for goodies),……. Very knowledgeable guides. Amazingly welcoming lodge personable. Over-the-top accommodations and fabulous food & drink through the day. Life is short - indulge!

The guides could not be better. The accommodations are exceptional. But most of all, the experiences made the trip one of our favorites.

The food was wonderful, both guide and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Watchmen at each site gave us insight on how they were living Haida culture. My only disappointment was the degraded environment. Extirpation of sea otters and introduction of deer have resulted in a much less bio-diverse environment than say, Kenai Fjords

We have done a number of different trips with Nat Hab. The Tour Directors and Guides have all been very experienced, patient, and passionate about nature and its preservation. We have never been disappointed with a Nat Hab excursion.

Haida Gwaii. The sailing ship we were on for 8 days was fantastic, staff were very fun and delightful, tour guide was one of the best I have ever encountered - knowledgable of the entire ecosystem (plants, birds, animals, Haida society), interested in all the guests. Loved meeting the Watchmen at the Haidi sites, hearing their stories and the history

Our Natural Habitat adventure in Brazil exceeded every expectation. The wildlife viewing was simply extraordinary, and every day brought unforgettable encounters in beautiful, unspoiled settings. The highlight of the trip was our outstanding expedition leader Rafael Andrade. He was exceptional in every way- knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure every traveler has the best possible experience. His ability to spot wildlife, share fascinating information, and anticipate our needs made the trip seamless and memorable. He set the standard for what a world-class guide should be. The local guides also deserve special recognition. Their tracking skills, deep understanding of the wildlife, and sharp eyes enabled us to see animals we never would have found on our own. Chaco and Edson shared their passion for the Pantanal with us and their dedication to NatHab's conservation and stewardship of the environment was admirable. Our São Paulo guide Ilan was so warm, knowledgeable and helpful we were sad to say goodbye. Natural Habitat created a wonderful itinerary with excellent accommodations, delicious meals, and a pace that allowed us to fully appreciate this remarkable ecosystem. I returned home with incredible photographs, lasting memories, new friends, and a deep appreciation for Brazil's extraordinary wildlife. This was our fifth adventure with Natural Habitat and our sixth is already on the calendar. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves nature, wildlife and exceptional guiding.
