Thanks for the great customer service
I had a set of professionally taken photos printed through Nations Photo Lab. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I needed to edit the digital files to match the print sizes I ordered. When the prints arrived, I found that some photos had the top cropped off, while others had part of the bottom cut off. I was very disappointed. I called customer service, and Mr. Brandon Moore answered my call. He was incredibly patient and took the time to go through each of my photos one by one, helping me adjust them properly. He also provided me with a promotional code so the reprints would be free of charge. In addition, he explained that I could include specific requests for color correction in the "Color Instructions" section when placing my order. When the reprinted photos arrived, I was extremely pleased with the results. The quality was excellent, and the prints arrived much faster than the estimated delivery time listed on the website. Brandon even told me that for future orders, I could contact him first, and he would review my photos before they went to print to make sure everything looked right. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service I received.
