I am a senior citizen and sometimes forms are overwhelming. Customer service helped me step by step. The rep was kind, patient and did not rush me. I am thankful.

A confusing process for a PHL Withdrawal Request was resolved. Your Nassau agent explained everything and answered all my questions.

The customer service line is understaffed. I was on hold for more than 30 minutes before someone was able to help me. I did not trust the call back option. Further, you do not have a mechanism for auto drafting my payment so if I want to pay I need to do it by phone or by check. If I choose to do my phone I subject to these long wait times. You should consider revising your practice.
