A win11 upgrade needed customer service
A windows upgrade I bought on Groupon didn't work the first time. I responded to the email from Mycodes24 that had the activation code. It took a couple of emails back and forth, but the responses were fast and we got the problem straightened out quickly. Best customer service ever!

I Highly Recommend!
I highly recommend! 5 Stars!! This extraordinarily valuable purchase was easily placed through Groupon and when redeemed, I was sent clear installation instructions. This purchase has saved me a LOT of money, which is a great deal to me, as I use these apps for my own personal use.

I have recently purchased MS Office…
I have recently purchased MS Office Suite 2024 lifetime through Groupon. I was confused on how to get my software to install and mycodes24.com answered all my email questions sent back and forth between us. They explained how to get my needed Voucher to send them so I could receive the product and explained what I needed to install it. The best part was they told me that if I have any problems doing what they told me to do or if I had any problems installing or registering Office 2024, They would be there to help me succeed in the installation. Everything when as they described and I was successful in installing the program. Thanks for your hand-holding . . . John

This is an amazing deal - I cannot wait to brag to other people about this because I personally could not afford an annual membership fee and this is a lifetime subscription all for 1 fee. I connected with their team and they were fast to answer any of my questions- installed super fast and easy

Good up to a point
It was good up to a point, but when I discovered I couldn't use the product (Word 2024 from Mac) I was not offered a refund. They went the extra mile to solve the problem but the problem persisted despite following all the instructions to fix the problem. Not only that, but the Word 2024 software that I ended up downloading did not have Excel or PowerPoint. The first download at least had this software. Bottom line? These days, any company that doesn't have a 30-day refund option is second rate. It loses out in the long run because I would not consider doing any further business with such a company. Reputation is everything.

The instructions are clear and concise
The instructions are clear and concise. I bought two for two computers and the other user misplaced the key. One email, quickly answered, was all that was needed to get the key resent. They also care to check up to make sure it went well. Can't say enough good about the product nor the service.
