I have only been on My Drama for a short time but am thoroughly enjoying it. Don’t feel there is much to change or that I can find fault with at the moment. Very clear images. Very pleased.

This app keeps charging you I've changed my card and everything but they dont stop charging me and I cant get into the app and cancel it do get this app

On July 25, 2026, I was attempting to sign up for DramaBox, not My Drama. During the process, I was unexpectedly redirected to My Drama and my American Express card was charged. I did not knowingly intend to purchase or subscribe to My Drama. I immediately contacted My Drama and requested cancellation and a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue, customer support repeatedly requested additional information. They first requested my email address even though they were already communicating with me through that same email. After I provided it, they stated they could not locate an active subscription and then requested additional financial information, including the first 6 and last 4 digits of my bank card. Because I did not knowingly intend to subscribe to this service, I am not comfortable providing additional card information. I have already reported the transaction to American Express. The charge is currently pending, and American Express advised me that I must wait until it posts before the dispute can proceed. I also filed complaint to the BBB.

I always enjoy talking to My Drama customer service always a pleasant experience and great outcomes. They are friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love My Drama. The Verticals are Fantastic the Actors and Actresses are amazing. You get hooked on them or dare I say DramAddicted lol They also have they're own Discord Community with the best staff and very helpful and fun to chat to. The price is one of the best around and they do regular deals for Early Access.

The app is already beyond great. It has few bugs but it really deserves a 5 star review. I appreciate the agents who were kind and understanding with me.

Appe. has 3 withdraw levels. When you get to a level they say you are in line. Once at the top of that it then says you have to reach level 30. App stalled at level 25 for days. App is obviously a scam. Stories are okay but disjointed. Very disappointing App

Shout out to the customer service - I made a typo in my account when paying for subscription, and after reporting they transferred it to the correct account immediately with no issues. Thanks

Complete scam. DO NOT EVEN START THE REGISTRATION OR CLICK ON ANYTHING TRIAL RELATED. I began the sign up but did not complete it as I got a warning that it could be a scam. Yet whilst I was reading this site and the reviews here, money was taken, a £10.99 trial price along with TWO MORE PAYMENTS FOR £19.99 EACH!! Luckily my bank declined these payments as they recognised them a fraudulent. I've been speaking with my bank tonight and they have blocked future payments from this site. I have sent an email stating what has happened and demanding a refund and cancellation of anything they signed me up for against my consent. I DID NOT FINISH THE SIGN UP. So this company tried to take over £50 for a £10.99 trial. Disgusting EDIT AFTER REPLY: I have been refunded the £10.99 trial fee and given an explanation of what pending means as if I've never used online payments before. However, at no point I their reply to me personally or on here do they explain the nearly £40 they attempted to take from my bank at the same time as the trial fee. They said they don't take payment without consent yet I never ever consented to £39.98 being taken or that it says so anywhere on their site. They still tried to take over £50 in one evening despite it being a 'trial'.

My experience was absolutely amazing. The customer service team is so incredibly nice and supportive and truly did help me when i had an issue. I have received a lot of genuine generosity, advice and support from this amazing team and this app is just completely unmatched. I am beyond happy

Subscription trap and hidden charges! This website is a total scam. I signed up for a trial or a standard access for 29.70 PLN. However, at the checkout, they simultaneously charged me an additional 49.99 PLN for a "VIP subscription" without my explicit consent or any clear disclosure in the payment window. When I contacted their support, they refused a full refund. PayPal automated system was no help either. Be careful, they use hidden terms to steal your money! Subscription trap! Ukrainian owners registered in Cyprus.

Customer service was amazing quick, kind and very helpful and respectful. I got my issues resolved in a mater of seconds thanks to Malika. Other drama websites can be difficult to navigate with difficult customer service to navigate and sometimes no existent. Thank you for all you do

The support team is the biggest highlight of the app.Once you contact them,they respond within few minutes and give suggestions to improve the experience.They also listen to query regarding any technical issues and are really helpful.It is easy to navigate the app, however it would be great if the technical part within app improve more so there would be no freezing or subtitles lagging.All in well good app and team..

I changed my review to five stars (from one), after mydrama refunded 2 accidentally set up subscriptions. It took a while and it wasnt guaranteed in my opinion. I even openend claim and they denied it initially, which makes it strange, that they refunded 2 weeks later. I'm still saying its not okay to lure your customers with easy "continue here" ad banners to get them to subscribe for stuff they dont know what they even subbing to. But it is what it is. I kinda enjoy the shows because they are just simple and trashy, like the afternoon scripted TV shows on tv. Thank you my drama for refunding. I maybe come back later to watch some stuff.
