If only all healthcare providers were like Dr. Sartin
Dr. Sartin's clarity, compassion, and transparency are refreshing. To finally have a provider that does not dismiss my experiences or feelings. I am grateful for her willingness to assist and support me through a challenging and traumatic process.

Highly recommend
Dr. Sartin has helped me so much in the past year with not only getting my fmla approved but also getting my dog registered as an ESA pet. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with health issues.

Caring Doctor, Easy Process
Dr. Sarin is so empathetic and understanding. She's a wonderful ally to have when you're struggling with your health and need work accomodations. These things can be so stressful and so many doctors just won't do the paperwork, but Dr. Sarin and her team make it so much easier.

On 01/14/2025 and leading up to this date, I just couldn't handle the stress of work anymorem That day I made an appointment for FMLA certification with Drm Sally and was seen that evening! once I paid my bill, the FMLA document was immediately available, and I felt such relief. the process was so simplem One thing my employer was requesting was a stamp on the document? I was told to inform my employer to call the phone number provided to verify authenticity. no other issues after that. today, I'm having the same struggles and have booked another appointmentm This time the earliest available appointment with Dr. Sally Sartin is in two weeks though. will leave another review after my upcoming appointment.

Fast, effective results, painlessly.
Dr Sartin was considerate, compassionate and knowledgeable about what my options were and the process we’d follow. His evaluation was professional and directed, I never felt uncomfortable. He understands what is necessary for good evidence for claims and his fast write up did the trick the first time. Would use again and again if ever necessary!

The unrelenting effort to make sure that they are meeting the expectations of the patients along with providing the patients with exceptional knowledge and services . What this company is doing well us practicing good communication. I recommend anyone that's going through a life-changing mental health or physical injury to seek these guys services.

Life Saver fr
On 01/14/2025 and leading up to this day, I just couldn’t take the stress of work anymore. That day I made an appointment for fmla certification with Dr. Sally and was seen that evening! Once I paid my invoice, the fmla document was immediately available, and I felt such relief. The process was so simple. One thing my employer was asking for was a stamp on the document? I was told to inform my employer to call the phone number provided to verify validity. No other issues after that. Today, I’m having the same struggles and have booked another appointment. This time the soonest available appointment with Dr. Sally Sartin is in two weeks though. Will leave another review after my upcoming appointment.

Terrible doctor Eldeeb staff never answered the phone and the doctor isn’t any better. If you’re in constant pain and the doctor took me down on my medication without consulting me. If you’re serious about managing your pain I would find another doctor.

Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!
I am so blessed to have a found a compassionate doctor like Dr. Sally Sartin. She is very experienced with navigating the complex world of fmla/STD. I do not know what I would have done without her expertise. The entire staff is truly Top Notch. They respond quickly, which is so nice in today's customer service world. I am so thankful for Dr. Sartin and all her staff!
