I would not recommend... don't order
I would not recommend this company at all. I had went back and forth multiple times not sure if I would take the chance or not. But I did and I unfortunately regret it 😕 . The company wont make it right and unfortunately my products dont look like they should nor do they have the "extras" that a paid for. I had asked them not to attach the wings or halo to my "doll" multiple times but to just simply put them in the box and i would attach them on my own. But they ended up attaching them anyways. So when I got the pictures of "review" I had to have them correct it. Than they sent new pictures with glue all over the "doll" and I had brought that up to them and the reassured me that it would not be on there when I receive my "dolls". Once i got my dolls there was glue all over them still and they wanted to tell me "We sincerely apologize for this issue. We had instructed our artisan to remove the glue residue before shipping the doll. However, it is possible that during the packaging and handling process, that area became prone to attracting dust or dirt". I also paid for special customs to the both "doll" shoes and it only got put on one doll shoes. Also add it was with a sharpie/marker i probably could have done better Also both of my "dolls" look COMPLETELY different. The one that looks half way okay has glue all over it and the other one that is supposed to look exactly the same has different size ears(not even/huge), ears that are falling off, missing customizations, poor quality. Stitching coming apart hot glue everywhere. I also had to wait extra long for my products and they told me they were in-between employees..fine...thats okay. But what's not okay in poor quality and two identical products looking completely different. Them refusing to fix their mistakes. And than refusing to contact you back.
