Excellent customer service
Excellent deal: 3 pairs for $119. I've been buying glasses online for 5 years now. I bought 4 pairs; two of them are super durable, and the other two are super lightweight. I think the only thing I'd add is that frames with rhinestones or cubic zirconia should have them placed inside the frame, as they're glued on externally and come off easily with the friction of the hair. The customer service was excellent; they were very helpful.

My whole order was wrong and I uploaded…
My whole order was wrong and I uploaded the correct prescription and now I am being blamed and called a liar and you won’t exchange the wrong ones for the correct ones. Way to stand by your product. If they will not be replaced I would never use this site again. *My prescription was uploaded when I made the purchase. I have since re added it again on 8/1* I did not type in anything on the prescription. The fact that I can’t even get them exchanged is absolutely ridiculous and I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Great price, great quality, great glasses!
This is my 2nd set of glasses from Muukal... I LOVE THEM! We all know it feels great to have new clothes, but having new designer glasses to change up your look is even better! Thank you for a wonderful product at a great price. I had no issues communicating with the service team regarding the customisation of my order like changing color of the frame, the color of the photochromic lens. Have recommended same to my friends and relatives about the quality of product and service. will definitely continue to order from this website.

Muukal First Order / Not very God
The frame is awesome however the lenses it doesn't have intermediary in spite I chosed on selection progressive but still the intermediary came with my glasses were very blurry and annoying ,
