The buffering sometimes is awful on a…
The buffering sometimes is awful on a regular basis. We have tried unplugging the TV at night , and sometimes it helps but not always. We like Fox News which is the worst. I was trying to watch a series show(1883) and it took over 5 minutes to get it to start and then buffered a lot. Then there could times, like this morning as we are watching Fox 17 and it hasn't buffered at all.

I still can't update my EPG so I have no idea what is on any of the channels. I've sent a few emails but I haven't got a response from anyone yet. I hate to complain about something that costs $20 but it is very frustrating

Channel selection is great
Channel selection is great, lots to choose from. I enjoy all the sports channels. However the guide with what's on rarely works and it does buffer at times.

A good signal
Muskegon tv has been a great value. The signal is lost periodically, if that could get better?! They would corner the market in greatness for tv!

Can be a little tricky setting up. But once you do, it's pretty great. Menu very easy to navigate. Great purchase.

My sister talked about Muskegon TV and really liked it. I just moved 90 miles from Muskegon and paying $170.00 Comcast bill.I just signed up for Muskegon tv.and I'm glad I did. I tried it for 1 month and I couldn't believe all the channels. The reception has been great. I do get local stations but there is streaming.

Great Alternative to Multiple Streaming Services
Easy to get started, lots of choices. Free “test drive”, and low cost. Working on the complexity of finding my favorites but that’s a good thing!

Lost connection many times
Lost connection many times. Subtitles in some movies only in Spanish. I've had to remove and reinstall the app 3 times because it said my account expired while I'm on automatic payment. Each time I had to re-input all my favorites and I had close to 50.

Great choices
Access to lots of content at a really great price. Excellent customer service. There are frequent lags during streaming but to me that’s an ok trade-off for the price.

I’m a current subscriber for about 7…
I’m a current subscriber for about 7 months now and I plan on continuing indefinitely. This is an Excellent Service and its offerings are amazing, especially for its amazing price. The service needs higher speed internet because it is a streaming service that uses technology requiring a higher speed for processing the data. Do yourself a favor and don’t try to get by with using a lesser speed service for this platform. Believe me you will thank yourself for getting this service and getting a 50$ a month internet service and a 20$ a month subscription to Muskegon TV App. Thanks Muskegon TV for helping me with great service that enables me to watch things that I wouldn’t otherwise be able to because of the price you offer for your awesome service.
