The main issue is the shipping process
The main issue is the shipping process. It is taking much longer than expected, and there has been no update on any of the purchase orders we placed. Our credit cards have not been charged yet, and none of the items have been shipped. On the positive side, your international support team has always been very kind, professional, and helpful whenever we call. The concern is not with the customer service, but with the lack of visibility and flexibility in the shipping process. Your website does not allow us to track progress, modify orders, or make changes online, so we have to rely entirely on phone calls. Improving order status visibility and providing self-service options through the website would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Great Products
I love your selection of high quality products and great service. On this order, however, I was quite disappointed by the shipping which took over 1 week. One reason I use MSC is the prompt delivery I have been used to receiving from your company. I hope in the future this won't be an issue.

You had the items I needed at competitive prices. You earned 4 stars because you changed the quantity of one item without checking with me first. I understand why, you had the item listed in quantities of 10 when it was really 20. It still worked out for me but my budget had to change.
